This spacious and luminous apartment is located on a beautiful green avenue in North/Central Tel Aviv - on the corner of Ben Yehuda street and Nordau Avenue. It has easy access to everything you could possibly want in a Tel Aviv vacation. Quiet at night and buzzing during the day, it is next to live bars, shops, and one of the best falafel stands in town!

THE SPACE

The living space is large and bright, divided between a living room, a bacony and an open plan kitchen.
Living room with large L shaped sofa and equipped with a 50" smart TV. The large glass doors open on a spacious balcony and extend the living room even more. The balcony has a lovely view over the avenue and is furnished with a full seating area.
Fully equipped modern open plan kitchen with a dining area suitable for 4 people.
Bedroom 1 with queen size bed, full height closet and chest of drawers, en suite bathroom with walk in shower and sink.
Bedroom 2 with queen size bed, full height closet.
Extra full bathroom with tub.

PASSPORT AND VAT
- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.
- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 17% VAT of the total booking price.
- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.
- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 17% VAT.
- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.
- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 17% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

Quiet family neighbourhood called the old North, which has the advantage of being close to the Hayarkon Park, the shops of the Namal (Port of Tel Aviv), the Hilton and Metzitzim Beaches, and lively bars on Dizengoff and Yermiyahu streets. This area is lively, rich with restaurants, cafes or stores, and chic designer boutiques in North Dizengoff.

GETTING AROUND

You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station on Ben Yehuda street or Nordau Avenue. There are many buses running from Dizengof street which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and around. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.
Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.

Everything was good but the apartment itself was “ tired” with some damp, some paper comping off walls, some lights not working , some things missing such as a soap dish in the shower, the shower rail in one bathroom kept falling down, the sofa was dirty

Bike Rider’s Dream
The location of the apartment was incredible. Great access to public transportation, beaches, restaurants, and fabulous biking trails. We rode nearly every day. The Yarkon Park and the beach have terrific bike paths. The elevator was very helpful getting the bikes up and down. The apartment is near convenient grocery shopping, liquor stores and the upscale shops on Dizengoff. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms are modern, This is the second time we have rented this apartment and would rent it again.

Wonderful Location for Longer Stay
Apartment is smallish two bedroom with two full baths. Kitchen had everything we needed for three week stay including a very good washing machine and dryer and a large fridge. Because we have bikes, the elevator was very helpful in getting bicycles up and down steps. We took public transportation using our Rav Kav cards on both buses and trains. Gett taxis are always available. The apartment has a nice terrace with tables and chairs. There is great airconditioning and good light. The apartment is right on the city bike path, makeing it perfect for bicyclists. There are ample grocery stores within a five minute walk and a fantastic falafel place across the street. My only suggestion is that the apartment could use one or two comfortable arm chairs for reading..

Amazing location, with nice view. Apartment itself is nice and styled and modern, though it could use some renovations. We had everything we need in it. They provided baby crib and bath for a few extra bucks, that were very helpful. Access is through a rather tiny elevator or stairs, but our stroller could fit. Rarely there is nearby street parking, so we resorted to expensive public parking in a 5 minute walk distance. Even though the balcony is viewing a busy street, inside was very isolated and quiet thanks to good windows.

Happy Bikers
The apartment was very well located and near our favorite bike routes. The neighborhood has many great restaurants and excellent access to public transportation. The Yarkon Park is a ten minute walk, the beach is five minutes. The apartment provided plenty of towels and the washer and dryer work perfectly. We stayed for 3 weeks. Lea and Katys were very helpful.
