This privately owned 3 bedroom apartment is situated on the Fairways Club complex in Amarilla Golf just 10 minutes drive from Tenerife South airport (TFS).

The apartment is managed by Fairways Club resort, providing 24hour checkin/checkout, cleaning and maintenance.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment has ground floor south facing private terrace overlooking the central pool area.

Sleeps up to 6 people, in 3 bedrooms.

Ground floor access with no stairs to negotiate.

The lounge has 50 inch flat screen TV, DVD player and Panasonic music system. Air con, Ceiling fan, leather sofas, table and 6 dining chairs.

The fully equipped kitchen with full oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, and all saucepans and utensils. Washing machine. Dishwasher.

There are three bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Each bedroom has air-conditioning and ceiling fan. The bathrooms have a shower, toilet, washbasin, and hair dryer.

The large south facing private poolside terrace,with shady area, is equipped with sun loungers, patio table and chairs, plastic garden chairs, sunbrellas, and clothes airer.

Ironing board and iron.

The apartment has its own private safe.

Cots and high chairs available on request at time of booking at no extra cost.

WIFI: The Fairways complex provides a pay for use WIFI ask at reception. There is a free use WIFi in the games area. There is also an internet room.

Sun towels are available for rental, ask at Fairways Club reception.

Mobility scooters are NOT permitted inside the apartments, wheelchairs are permitted.

Strictly NO SMOKING in apartment.

Pets are not permitted on the complex.

There is a heated pool with lifeguard on duty during the daylight hours.

There is a Clubhouse restaurant, a central pool bar, hairdresser and beauty salon on site, with a mini market across the road.

Almost Faultless

To be fair the apartment was almost faultless clean, tidy, great position of complex overlooking the pool and restaurants only down fall was local but friendly cat had made his home on sun lounge cushions left outside leaving hairs covering these cushions we where to lay on.

Let me advise anyone looking at booking any apartment with Owners Direct if they tell you that you need to pay insurance damage cover of the apartment tell them NO as the actual owners know nothing about this additional costings, it is a scam by Owners Direct as on your arrival to the reception of the complex you will be asked for your credit card/debit card details in case of damages which no monies will be taken unless damage is caused to your apartment I mistakenly paid in full an additional £58.00 to Owners Direct before contacting Mike the actual owner who told me he never asks for any payment and he could not understand Owners Direct forcing me to pay this money which I will be taking this up with Owners Direct.

Mike couldn't do enough for us and was even prepared to call to the apartment to try and resolve this issue and said if we require any assistance no matter how small to call him

Thanks to Mike & Sue for a lovely stay slightly spoilt by Owners Direct fraudulent tactics

LIGHT, SPACIOUS AND GREAT LOCATION ...

Fantastic apartment, light and spacious and with all mod-cons to make it a real "home from home" . Has been updated since we last stayed there with new bedroom furniture and walk-in shower. Loved the view across the pool, while having the privacy of sunbathing on our own spacious terrace. Would highly recommend, and look forward to booking again.

Fantastic holiday.

Outstanding apartment with the best balcony/ terrace in a great complex. Very spacious and everything we needed and more for a perfect home from home.. ..will miss the superb yet unique pool, sundowner drinks on the terrace and the great variety of eateries nearby. Would make the perfect holiday home. Thank you. The Oliver family.

Just Perfect

We arrived as a party of three adults and one child at midday after a very early start and were greeted by friendly reception staff who checked us in early ( got in the apartment at 2pm instead of 4pm), which was fab. We were then greeted in the apartment by a complimentary bottle of wine and tea, sugar etc.

The apartment was very clean and the terrace that overlooks the pool is great, lovely size and gets the sun all day..and no fight for sunbeds! I honestly would not hesitate to book here again.. it is one of the best apartments we have stayed at..and we have stayed at a few over the years.

Mike and Sue were very prompt and professional with their responses and we felt they were always on the ball with our booking.

The apartment on closer inspection, could possibly do with a bit of furnishings update, as they are starting to get a bit worn (but nothing major) air con in the bedroom overlooking the terrace was a bit noisy at times and may need a service. Also, the Masters Golf was on the telly during our stay,(half our party were golfers and half not) possibly another tv in a bedroom might be a thought, but honestly this is nitpicking!!The golf was good there I believe (Yawn...sorry golfers) and the Fairways resort itself felt safe and secure if you have younger children.

Already looking to book next year...that surely speaks for itself. Thanks for a fab holiday...back to work now:(( X

Owner's Response: Many thanks for taking the time to provide a review. The Fairways Club manager has been informed of the bedding and has passed this on to housekeeping. Two of the aircon units were new last year and have been rechecked by maintenance and found to be ok. The third unit in the middle bedroom is being replaced next week. We reviewed the red sofas with an upholsterer who recommended keeping them and just replacing the covers on the seat cushions, advice which we have followed. Mike and Sue

What a great place to stay. The apartment has everything you need and is of a great standard. The resort is great too. If you are thinking about booking the apartment then do it. You will not be disappointed.

Great apartment

We have just returned from our holiday in Mike and sue's apartment which we really enjoyed. The apartment was lovely, clean and had everything you needed from a large TV on the wall( which was great having British tv for our granddaughter) to hairdryers. The pool area was clean and we could not fault it, lovely staff and pool entertainers, would definetly recommend this apartment to anyone. Hope to be back in the future with more of our family.

Pets are not permitted on the complex.
We have a policy not to accept reservations unless one person in the party is at least 21 years old, and we do not accept large parties of singles.
