Why Jennifer Byrne chose Downtown
I raised my kids here and renovated it largely myself. You can walk to just about anything you need! This is on the edge Frederick's beautiful historic district, very quiet and private, you'll love it! (I'm not a great photographer, it's prettier in person!)
What makes this Apartment unique
I'm a block from Lucky Corner Vietnamese Restaurant, sometimes you can even smell the food from the front porch! Olde Mother Brewery is opening a block away. The house is also about a quarter of a mile from Hood College and Frederick Memorial Hospital.

Volt, Tasting Room, Isabella's, Firestones and other restaurants are an easy walk. Lucky Corner Vietnamese is a block away! Many other business within a half mile range.
