St. Martin Beachwalk Villas unit 214 is on the beachside of Hwy 98 just one block away from the beach. This wonderful ground floor unit has a community pool and an amazing view from a spacious private patio with a table and several chairs. The living room displays a calm coastal design with a cozy white sofa sleeper, coordinating furnishings, a dining table for four, two barstools, and a very nice flat screen TV. St Martin Beachwalk 214 sleeps 6. 2 Queen size beds, 1 sleeper sofa. Two parking spots available ($25 registration fee) Saturday to Saturday rental.

Destin, Florida is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village", but we do not stop there! The whitest beaches of Florida and the Emerald Green waters are unmatched. Shop in an outlet mall, an upscale outdoor mall, or one of many boutique stores. When you are through shopping, there are endless places to enjoy the local fare or just get a quick bite. Don't forget about our water park, amusement parks, and our dozens of golf courses.

Beach trip

The property was nice and very convenient. It would be great if we could have checked in earlier on Saturday at arrival even if it had been 4:00 instead of 5:00. Also checkout could be at 10:00 instead of 9:00. If the furniture was rearranged in the living room, it would have been more functional and more open space. The hanging light over the table is too low. We only had one kitchen dish towel and no kitchen towel to wash dishes with. It would great to have an easier and shorter access to the beach.
