Welcome to our home. We are pleased to offer our beautifully renovated and newly furnished 3bd/2ba classic 2-story house in the Historic District of downtown Holland, with views of Kollen Park and Lake Macatawa out your front door & front porch. Kollen Park and the renowned Boatwerks Restaurant/Bar, on Lake Macatawa, are roughly 300 yards away. Lovely downtown Holland and the famous Holland Farmers Market are both a short easy walk. We will rent to one party maximum per 30-day period.
The house is available for furnished rentals w/ flexible length periods anywhere from a few weeks up to 8 months. Wonderful choice for long-term family visits, temporary contract work in the area, a bridge home between house a sale & purchase, a bridge home during house renovations, longer vacations, or seasonal needs. Enjoy all downtown living in Holland has to offer. We will rent to one party max per 30-day period. Maximum 4 person occupancy.
Adjacent to beautiful Kollen Park, Lake Macatawa, and Boatwerks Restaurant. It is an easy 4-8 block walk, bike, or drive to:

-Kitchen has a brand new full suite of upper end stainless steel appliances (Fridge, Range, Microwave, Dishwasher), with a functional island in the middle.
-Off the rear of kitchen is a large fully enclosed and heated 4-season mud room, with an additional entry door from the backyard, offering plentiful room and accessibility for bikes and gear.
-Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with a Queen size bed and a Full size bed, respectively. Additional Twin size 6" memory foam mattress also available as a spare in a pinch. Upstairs also has a brand new 2nd full bathroom with shower.
-Window shades throughout.
-Full basement that is clean (spotless), well-lit, & dry, with full laundry and workshop areas.
-Large yard suitable for play or gardening.
-Quiet, tree lined street.
-Lawn care and snow removal provided.
-Small lockable shed in the backyard.
-Offstreet driveway parking for two vehicles.
-Overnight parking on street permitted between May 13 and October 14 (City of Holland regulations).
e. Restrictions/rules - we don't have many, but are insistent on the few that we do have:
-Absolutely NO smoking of any kind at any time on premises. Violations will be subject to immediate lease termination and forfeiture of full security deposit.
-No pets, no exceptions.
-Remove shoes at all times inside the house.
