Superb accommodation, great location and wonderful sea views

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I wanted to take a break over Easter to celebrate our 25th Wedding anniversary and had never visited Mousehole previously. This accommodation, the location and outlook across to St Michael's Mount was perfect. We enjoyed the local beaches and harbours offering great restaurants and bars (many of which allow dogs - so our 2 Coton de tulears could also enjoy an evening out) together with some great coastal walks. Joan and Richard were extremely welcoming and available to offer advice on the local area, as needed. The accommodation offers all mod cons, including dishwasher and WiFi and sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine watching the boats meander by was an absolute joy. We hope to visit again very soon. A big thank you to Joan and Richard.

Perfect place to stay close to Mousehole

  • 5 of 5

This property is situated in a wonderful position with lovely views across the bay to St Michael's Mount. Joan and Richard were very friendly and welcoming. The annex had everything you needed for a self catering holiday plus off road parking. It was spotlessly clean and lovely and warm. We could not fault this accommodation and would recommend to anyone.

amazing views

  • 4 of 5

We had a great time, the property was excellent with everything in it to make our stay comfortable.

Joan and her husband ( The owners) went out of their way to make us welcome.

The only slight negative was the very steep access to the house from the main road which could be a problem for the less fit, although there is a slope rather than steps, once on the level there are 3 steps to the front door

Overall we would recommend this annex

Clean, tidy, modern and a view not to be beaten!

  • 5 of 5

Owned by a friendly couple who go out of their way to cater for all tastes. The apartment is idea for two.. All mod cons .. Dishwasher, a couple of flat screen TV's, fridge freezer, washing machine, WiFi and the best shower I've ever used!

Anyone who knows the area will appreciate off road parking which comes with the booking.

The rooms were immaculately presented... Crisp clean sheets. A bed big enough for someone well over 6ft. Plenty of storage, and warm if you needed it.

Have stayed in a few places in Mousehole.. But in future visits I'll only be looking to stay in one place.... This one!

Excellent location and facilities

  • 5 of 5

Clean, comfortable and excellent for two. Well equipped with all you need for a perfect retreat following a day exploring the many nearby beaches and beautiful walks. Located overlooking the bay, and although the sun did not shine for us in good weather it would be perfect for breakfast outside. All in all a very good value stay. Joan was welcoming and although we did not see her again during our stay we knew she was on hand should we have any queries - perfect host!
