White Cottage Annexe, along the bay in the fishing village of Mousehole is a lovely self contained refurbished garden apartment. Although part of an older property, has its own front door, private patio and garden. It has panoramic sea views across Mounts Bay to St Michaels Mount and the Lizard peninsula.

It is a 10 minute level walk to the lovely fishing village of Mousehole, with it's pubs, restaurants and shops. The apartment is situated in a private road and parking is available on the driveway next to the house for the duration of your stay.

The apartment is newly refurbished and consists of an open plan kitchen and living room, with patio doors opening out onto a private patio with stunning uninterrupted panoramic views. The patio has table and chairs to seat four and a gate leading down a walkway to a private sheltered suntrap garden with further table and chairs and bayside views.

The living room has comfortable seating and a dining table and chairs to seat two. There is a large state of the art wall mounted smart TV. Free WIFI is provided.

The kitchen area has a brand new ceramic hob and electric oven cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. All kitchen utensils and crockery, glassware etc are provided. If you need anything else, just ask!

There is a separate double bedroom with king size bed and its own wall mounted flat screen TV plus ensuite bathroom with bath and full height shower.

The sofa in the living area converts into another double bed.

All bed linen and towels are provided.

Central heating is included as are all bills.

Allocated off street parking is available for one car.

The beautiful old fishing village of Mousehole with its shops, cafes and restaurants, along with a 17th Century Pub is a ten minute, level walk. The yearly event of the Mousehole Christmas lights is world famous and truly memorable.

The renowned fishing port of Newlyn with it's art galleries are a three minute drive away.

Penzance town is only three miles away where you will find a larger selection of shops and services and from which there are daily sailings to the Isles of Scilly.

We have lived in Mousehole for over 5 years and fell in love with the house due to the amazing views. We previously offered Bed & breakfast but have now refurbished the annexe to provide a private self catering element.

Excellent accommodation, beautiful views and perfect location for touring in this area.

Joan and Richard provide everything you could want in this clean, modern and comfortable apartment attached to their own home. The outside terrace and the secluded garden area below the house with views over the bay were lovely areas for relaxing. Car parking is available on the driveway and the village centre is only 10/15 minutes walk away. Our hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Comfortable accommodation with great views

White Cottage is a clean, modern and very comfortable unit in a convenient location halfway between the villages of Newlyn and Mousehole. Parking provided, which is great if you have a car,. Although a bit tricky to find Joan and Richard were extremely helpful. Would highly recommend.

The annexe is cosy and had everything I needed to feel at home.

I loved waking up to the sea everyday watching the fishing boats. Ten minutes walk into Mousehole, a most fabulous village. And it is easy to reach the surrounding countryside. An annexe to a cottage yet i felt private at all times. The owners are lovely. Liked it so much I am returning.

A delightful place to stay with wonderful view and easy access to suitable walks and hostelries

Spent a few days here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Walked to Lamorna Cove from White Cottage. Saw Gannets and seals from White Cottage. Need to go back to catch the Dolphins!! 😄 Joan and Richard were most welcoming and helpful.

Clean well equipped property with lovely view across Penzance bay would not hesitate to book this property again great location easy walk to mousehole and shops and cinema in newlyn

Penzance also close by if you want bigger shops and supermarkets
