This house, of about 70 m2, has two rooms and is an ideal place for couples or families with children. One of the rooms has two individual beds and the other has a double bed. The bathroom has a shower. There is no air conditioning, but we will be pleased to prepare fans (only on request).
You can feel the Mediterranean atmosphere in each of the rooms. Relax in the living room, over a book, with the television or enjoying a typical Spanish siesta. The dining area has a table and chairs to enjoy family meals. The independent kitchen is completely furnished, with everything you need to prepare a good meal during your stay: microwave, electric oven, gas stove, fridge with freezer, toaster, water boiler, electric coffee maker, manual juicer, cutlery and cooking utensils. Obviously, it also count with an independent utility room on the terrace with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The place our guests enjoy most of all is the terrace that surrounds part of the house: the sea view accompanies a good book, a sunbath or a romantic supper… It is furnished with a dining table and chairs. There is also a basket hoop for the sports enthusiasts among our young guests.
It is a very quiet area with little neighbors that still conserves the fisherman’s atmosphere from years ago, when the neighbors of Sa Marina still went fishing for a living. They used to take of in their small fisher boats, to fill their nets with fishes and sell them at the fresh-market of Alcúdia.
From Sa Marina you can do different excursions by foot or bike, in direction of Port de Pollença or to the Medieval village of Alcúdia with its impressive city walls. It’s the perfect place from where to visit the North of Mallorca, with beautiful spots as Cap de Formentor with its romantic , small beaches or the long, fine sand beach of Alcúdia or the cultural villages of Alcúdia and Pollença.
Without any doubt, this is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday which will make your stay unforgettable.
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
