Andrew purchased this Apartment in 1983
Why Andrew chose South Seminole Heights
My father bought this property in the early 80's. Our family business is located in the front portion of the property. The apartments in the back of the building were for many years long term rentals. We have meticulously renovated the entire building inside and outside. They are now all being used as vacation rentals. The building has a lot of historic significance being built in the early 1920's.

The property is exactly as described in VRBO.
This is a very nice apartment. Perfect for 2 people.
Cute, clean, and homey space! Close to everything!
We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is newly renovated and beautiful. We even cooked in the kitchen and had everything we needed. Andrew was very responsive if we ever needed anything. Our only complaint was that this is really more of a 2 person (not a 3 person) apartment. The futon for a third person was very small and not very comfortable. Otherwise, we had a fantastic stay!
The historic Seminole Heights neighborhood has lots of restaurants, bars, breweries, and antique shops.
