Apartment 6-8 people, 72 m2 + 22 m2 terrace, new state after complete renovation was in 2015.

Located in a quiet residence in Roquebrune Cap Martin (1st street parallel to the waterfront) with sea view, without noise and with all amenities.

150 m pebble beaches and the shops / restaurants (bakery, supermarket, tobacco / coffee press, beaches restaurants ...).

Extremely bright accommodation with large windows in the living room, kitchen and 2 master bedrooms, all with sea view and large protected terrace access. Southeast oriented for breakfast in the sun in the morning.

1 bedroom with double bed and shower / sink, 1 bedroom 2 single beds with access to a separate bedroom with bunk beds. 1 double sofa bed in the lounge. 1 separate bathroom with toilet, wash basin, Italian shower and hairdryer.

kitchen, cooking hob, extractor hood, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave oven, electric juicer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker.

TV with national and international channels.

Eine sehr tolle Woche in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung ( insgesamt 8 Personen ) sehr wohl gefüllt. Es war alles da, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt so braucht. Bäckerei, Metzgerei und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in der Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar. Strand konnte man von der Terrasse aus, bei gemütlichen Familienmahlzeiten, beobachten. Zum Bahnhof brauchte man nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, so konnten wir bequem alle Ausflugziele mit dem Zug erreichen.

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat auch reibungslos funktioniert, die Ansprechpartner waren nett und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche und würden gerne noch mal kommen.

superbe!!!

Famille de Lyon 4 personnes plus 2 petits chiens.

Nous avons eu le privilège d être les premiers a occuper cet appartement, tout est propre fonctionnel. Les chambres sont agréables, la cuisine toute neuve, vaste salon... le très grand balcon est à lui seul une pièce extérieur très confortable. parking juste en bas de l' immeuble, touts les commerces sont autour et bien sur la mer à 200 m. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Nous conservons cette adresse pour plus tard.
