This is the ultimate relaxation spot. Sip a drink in the hot tub, rent a ski boat and enjoy the smooth Florida water, or just fish from the dock.

Even though we are a lake house, we are located in an urban environment and are surrounded by everything a city has to offer. It's more suited for adults than kids, although, there's plenty for kids to do once you get here. The property is gated at the front and fenced in on both sides for your privacy.

You won't find another house that offers all these amenities while being less than 10 minutes ($12 Uber) from downtown Orlando.

This is an older lake house that has been renovated. It is not a 5-star resort, so if perfection is expected then perhaps a hotel or resort may be a better alternative.

Things to consider for young children: there are uneven steps, a spiral staircase, a pool without a barrier and easy access to the open lake.

Guests will get a gate code and a keypad code.

Host will be available via phone/text to help out.

This rental is not for everyone. It's super close to Camping World Stadium and Downtown. Being this close to any downtown urban area has its trade offs. This is not a white picket fence neighborhood, but that’s why we love it! This home is hidden and tucked away on the lake behind a big gate. You won't find any other houses like this as close to the heart of the city!

Excess noise after 10 pm is against city ordinances and therefore not allowed.

To maintain a pleasant environment for all guests, kindly be aware that smoking cigarettes or marijuana is prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will incur a fine of $200 per day.

Please do not leave garbage around the property, the raccoons may tear it open which will result in a $50 cleaning fee.

Up to 16 people are allowed to stay here. Above 16 people is considered an event and an event fee will quick in. The property has outdoor security cameras for you safety and anyone caught breaking these rules will be escorted off the premises without refund and will forfeit their deposit.

Only 5 cars can fit comfortably in the parking lot.

Please note that our tropical Florida environment may bring about encounters with various critters and insects. While we do have monthly maintenance, you can help by keeping doors and windows closed, sealing food properly, and disposing of trash regularly. If you spot a few pests, kindly guide them outside, but if the issue persists, please contact us.

A security deposit of $600.00 is required and will be automatically authorized by putting a hold on the credit card 2 days prior to the arrival date.
