Communal pool with Children's pool for all year round use (not heated)

Great central location whether you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday in the sun, a few rounds of golf or simply taking in the local culture with its' bars and restaurants.

Easy access to shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and great beaches.

Private roof Sun Terrace with 2 Sunbeds, tables, chairs & Umbrella.

No smoking permitted inside (Sun Terrace/patio ok)

Fantastic Holiday

We had a great holiday. The house was great everything we could possibly need. Very clean and someone nearby who was on hand if there was any problems or questions. Loved the area and all the things to do nearby. Would def want to go back again. Best holiday we have had in Spain... Thank you

The Costa Blanca/Valencia region

Situated on the Costa Blanca approximately 20 minutes drive from Murcia Airport - North, and 45 Mins south of Alicante.

The nearest town being Torrevieja (4 miles away). A vibrant town with a true Spanish feeling - great for an evening stroll along its' 3 mile promenade and even a fairground in the summer for the children.

A short ride (less than a mile) is the local seafront Capo Roig, full of bars and restaurants with a choice for everyone and a great night out.

Many other local centres within a few miles offering even more choice of ways to spend your days, shopping, relazing or eating and drinking. Not forgetting the three Championship golf courses, and many more close by.

Campoamor

Although I am sure you will find everything local, spread a little further and visit Benidorm (45 mins north) a city steeped in history and culture and Spains biggest theme park Terra Mitica nearby.

There is a waterpark, cinema and bowling locally in one of Europes largest new Malls 'La Zenia Boulavard'

Alicante for great shopping or La Manga for the beaches.
