This air conditioned flat sits alone on the top (6th) floor (with elevator) of our building, located On in the heart of Paris very. On the first floor, you'll find the foyer With Some with wide closets and space for your luggage, a full bathroom, a separate toilet room, and 2 twin bedrooms (one with en suite shower and year vanity). Each bedroom: has a chest drawer and closet.

Walking up the stairs to the second floor, you'll find the high ceiling living room with an American style kitchen and table / bar for dining. On the other side is the living room with a wide flat screen TV (with satellite channels Including CNN premium movie channels in English language, Disney etc ...). The sofa bed is high quality and pulls out easily.

2 private terraces; one facing east sunny with a view of the Sacred Heart and Saint Eustache Cathedrals, perfect for your morning coffee or evening aperitif; the second by the kitchen table HAS year outside oven and chairs, a lovely setting for al fresco dining.

The apartment comes professionally cleaned with fresh sheets and towels for everyone. Other amenities include a dish washer, washing machine, dryer, a safe, an ironing set, a welcome pack and free wireless internet. Daily cleaning can be Arranged at an added cost (30 euros a day).

The apartment is perfectly located was one-way street with little traffic off of Rue de Rivoli, a busy shopping street. In and around the neighborhood are farmers markets, supermarkets, bakeries, bars, restaurants, a children's playground, Movie Theater ... Everything you need for a perfect stay in Paris.

Our reception is Located on the ground floor of the building for easy check in.

Excellent apartment

My family (2 adults and 2 children) stayed in this apartment in September 2016 and loved it. It was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with an elevator, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, plenty of dishes etc. The terrace and balcony were added bonuses and it was especially nice to have the doors open to let the breeze in on a warm day. The apartment itself was very quiet, even though it is located in a lively and central area, with plenty of wonderful places to eat right outside the front door. Nicole, the owner/manager, was very helpful. I can't think of a single complaint and would highly recommend.

Fabulous apartment in brilliant location

This apartment is just fantastic. It's in a perfect location - in a great street with plenty of restaurants, shops and a supermarket and close to the Les Halles shopping centre, the river and the Louvre. The staff are incredible - friendly, helpful and accommodating. The apartment is perfect for a family, is really comfortable, clean and spacious. We will definitely stay again next time we're in Paris.

Perfect Paris Retreat

This was a perfect apartment for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children ages 13, 10 and 7) for our first family visit to Paris! It was the perfect size with two private bedrooms and an additional, comfortable pull out sofa bed, a good sized kitchen, and two terraces. The kids would eat breakfast on the rear terrace every morning and we would enjoy wine on the front terrace in the evenings. There is plenty of closet space and a cozy upstairs den. It was in a perfect location, only a few blocks from the Louvre and walkable to many other sites and museums along the Seine. It was also close to the Metro and other stores. There was a delightful bakery around the corner where we purchased breads, croissants and pre-made food. There were a few small grocery stores across the street and around the corner and some higher end clothing stores only a block or two away. This is not a personal home rental, rather several apartments that are rented. There is a card access system and I always felt very safe! I would go back in an instant! The owners went out of their way to help us and to greet us upon arrival, even welcoming us with a wine and treat basket in our apartment! What a perfect trip to Paris!

Our family of 5, including mom, dad, and kids 13, 16, and 20, loved this great flat. 2 floors with 2 bedrooms (one double bed with ensuite bath, the other two twin beds) and 2 baths on the lower floor, and living room, kitchen, and 2 terraces on the top floor of the building. The decor was lovely. The kitchen is well equipped including fridge and freezer, stovetop, oven/microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, washer and dryer. The living room has a pullout sofa. The front windows have a partial view of St. Eustache church. The staffed front desk was very helpful, arranging a taxi for us to the airport at the end of our stay.

Be aware that the elevator is tiny! Realistically, you can squeeze 3 people in without baggage. But it is keycard operated, as is the door from the street after desk hours. We felt very safe.

The neighborhood has many cafés and shops. Groceries are an easy walk, as are two boulangeries. Management provides a list of their local favorites as well as city maps and a French-English dictionary. Free wifi worked well.

The location is excellent. It's just a few blocks from the Louvre and the Louvre-Rivoli metro stop, and the Les Halles metro stop, also just a few blocks away, is a RER train B line stop as well.

We would definitely stay here again in Paris! Highly recommended!

Great apartment in the heart of Paris

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens/preteen) recently stayed 4 nights at this beautiful apartment in Paris. I booked it since it was so close to all the major attraction of the city but was also so happy with the number of restaurants and metro stations within just steps of the apartment. We really appreciated the washer/dryer in the unit as well as the balcony and nespresso maker. The staff on the ground floor were so very helpful! We would definitely stay here again as it made our stay in Paris feel like being a part of the neighborhood.

Wonderful Stay

Charlie and his sister Nicole were great hosts, and made the process of "checking in" easy. The apartment was lovely, well furnished with everything (and more!) we needed. We particularly loved the two balcony terraces and spent time out there sipping wine and looking at the Paris skyline. It was a great location - literally a couple of blocks from the Louvre and close to the Metro, and walking distance to the Seine and Left Bank. There were two couples, and we both had lovely bedrooms with double beds - hard to find in Paris. There were restaurants next door and across the street, and a shop around the corner that sold pastries and sandwiches which helped our budget. There was also a fruit market across the street and a small grocery that sold wine less than a block away. The building is narrow, so the hallway and elevator are quite narrow as well. But the apartment was good sized and very comfortable.
