This House is furnished with lots of taste, having been newly renovated last spring 2015 .
Very quiet and green surrounding. Easy access to cycle track (500m), to the beach (900m) and the village center with all services and shops (600m).

-Master bedroom (bed 160x200, made of 2 single beds next to eachother), double mountain views, south-eastern exposure.
Ensuite bathroom with a large bathtub and Walk-in shower. Sink and WC.
-1 bedroom with bunk beds. Desk and Storage access to the wooden terrace (30m2).
-1 single bedroom (90x190cm) with balcony and lovely mountain views.
-1 bathroom with sink, walk-in shower, separate toilet
- Double room (sleeping 140x190cm), bathroom with tub/shower, sink and toilet.
Nearby many activities can be enjoyed:
-Cycling (Cycle track around the lake)
-Hiking (many walks from the house)
-Sailing, pedal boating, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddle, water skiing (discount with our local partners)
-Mountain Summer sledging from the Semnoz
-Adventure park in Talloires (20mins) or Tamie (35mns)
In winter :
-Cross country skiing, sledding track or from the family resort Semnoz (20mins), rental equipment in Sevrier (5mins)
-The cross country can also be practiced in La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand (35-40mns); les Saisies (40mns), Les 3 Vallées (about 1 hour)

The village of Saint-Jorioz enjoys a privileged location on the edge of the Lake Annecy, crossed by the bike path and close to the first highs of the Massif des Bauges. In the winter, the ski resorts of La Clusaz and le Grand Bornand are just 40min away. The family resort of le Semnoz is about 20min from the house.
Certainly, because of its stellar location, Saint-Jorioz has the biggest population among all villages around the lake. You will find all the necessary shops and services such as supermarkets, banks, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, traiteur but also doctors, dentists, and therapists.
Many activities are available both in the winter and summer seasons : sailing, tennis, roller skating, badminton, beach tennis, hiking, and cycling, as well as a fitness center with spa ultra-modern equipment ...
A village constantly evolving where it is absolute pleasure to live and stay.
We had a wonderful stay in lake Annecy. The house was conveniently located. It is a 1.5k walk to the lake, 1k to a great boulangerie and a fromagerie. The accommodations were comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings soaking in the scenery.
Nous avons passé une semaine formidable qui a débuté par l'accueil chaleureux et enthousiaste de la propriétaire ! La maison est très bien placée, pratique pour l'organisation des activités familiales. Elle dispose par ailleurs d'une vue agréable. L'intérieur est décoré avec goût (personnalisé pour les fétes de Noël !), et les espaces sont agencés de telle façon qu'ils permettent de vivre ensemble et à la fois de ne pas se marcher sur les pieds (4 chambres et 3 salles de bain, le luxe !). En un mot : idéal ! À recommander sans modération. Encore merci pour ces quelques jours ! Amitiés.
La description de la location et de situation etait assez precise et la location etait propre et bien entretenue. Le proprietaire a nous donne de bons conseils et je voudrais recommander cette location a un ami. Nous sommes amenes beaucoup de velo et baignade dans le lac. Un voyage nous aimait tres bien a Lyon.
