About Clem & Jayne FitzGerald
Family home with ponies, dogs and farm cats.
Clem & Jayne FitzGerald purchased this Chateau / Country House in 2006
Why Clem & Jayne FitzGerald chose Craigavon
Location, location , location well this is why we live here. It's an amazing central location for pleasure or business, 30 minutes from the main Airports and Ferry Terminals. Six minutes from the M1 and fast access to all the main road networks South to Newry/Dublin 1.5 hrs, West to Dunganon/Enniskilen 1.5 hours, East to Lisburn/Belfast 0.5 hrs and North to Ballymena/Coleraine 1.5 hrs. tOP OF THE RANGE HOT TUB, pay on arrival. The location is in a wooded area very close to significant sports amenities. The Coach House is quite enough to relax and close enough for work and play. Great all round location.
What makes this Chateau / Country House unique
Hot tub on the patio. The 3 arched entrances which are now the guest bedrooms, the rambling main house and simple tree lined grounds give a relaxing informal feeling in keeping with country living. The frog pond (fenced) is a children's dream away from the play station and xbox. Visited daily by herons in search of frogs.

What a great property and owner- I only wished We had more time to sit and chat. Our fault for trying to squeeze so much in. Next time, and there will be a next time, we will make sure to schedule quiet time at the beautiful property and get to know Clem and his family a bit better - wonderful people. We highly recommend staying here for as long as you can. Thanks Clem.
Northern Ireland Country Life....simply wonderful!!
Clem was a wonderful host, and the accommodations were good for our group of 5. It was quite the indoctrination into Ireland living and driving, but prepared us well for the rest of our stay in country. The location was a great hub for seeing the North with no drive being more than an hour forty five. We would definitely rent again.
Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome. Such a beautiful property and we felt very spoiled while we were there. Our boys loved seeing all your animals and we really appreciated all your suggestions of what to see and do. Everything was so close. Cannot recommend staying here enough and hope to be able to come back again soon.
A beautiful property. The pictures do not do it justice!
This property is really lovely. The beds are comfy and it has everything you could possibly need. Clem (the host) is a great guy, friendly and helpful. We had a great weekend at the property and I would fully recommend it!!
Beautiful property, perfect location, and owners who get it just right
We recently stayed at The Coach House for 6 days while visiting Northern Ireland. This is a fantastic place! The location makes you feel as if you are truly getting away from it all, yet you are close enough to the town of Moira and access to the M1 that you can get anywhere very easily. The Coach House is immaculate, everything you need is provided, the bed was very, very comfortable, and the quiet country surroundings really made every minute there most relaxing. The entire place has a special "feel" and character to it, no doubt helped by the natural surroundings and extra charming addition of the animals: Cuddles the cat (sweetie), Spyder the dog, and the beautiful horses. Clem and Jayne are very welcoming and helpful, and they truly respect your privacy, but are always there if you need them. We easily just fell into comfortable conversation with them, so we felt very much at home.
We have no doubt we will return to The Coach House on our next visit. We loved it!
Beautiful home conveniently located
My husband and I stayed at this beautiful home for 10 days and enjoyed it very much.
This charming newer home has an open concept kitchen, dining and living room, three spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one with walk in shower and one with tub) and private parking. Most important of all, it is immaculately clean. The kitchen is well stocked, the furniture is very nice and the beds are comfortable. There is also a lovely back garden to enjoy. It was a perfect home for us during our stay there.
This home is attached to the main house where Jayne and Clem, the owners, live. This came in very handy for us as we lost electricity and heat during Hurricane Ophelia and Clem had it fixed right away. They are a lovely couple who welcomed us, gave great travel recommendations, and made us feel right at home.
It is conveniently located 5 minutes from the lovely village of Moira, 10 minutes from the motorway, 30 minutes from Belfast, and close enough to see all of Northern Ireland.
We very highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone who is looking for a place in Northern Ireland. It was so nice, we would definitely stay there again.
The 'Coach House' is situated in the most fantastic location to tour Ulster in a series of day trips. You are never more than 1.5 hours from all the main attractions. Locally a few minutes from The 'Coach House' the area supports two historical villages, Moira & Hillsborough. Moira has won many awards for best kept village and is popular with local shoppers. Hillsborough is the official residence for the Head of State, has a castle and attracts people from far and wide to the restaurants and boutique retailers. Hillsborough is host to the hugely attended Oyster festival in September each year. Lough Neagh is the largest fresh water lake in in Ireland and Britian, nature walks start only one junction down the motorway from The 'Coach House'.
If you follow Game of Thrones we can direct you to all the film locations in Ulster.
