Enjoy a comfortable accommodation, renovated in the heart of Arcs 1800.

Featuring 2 Paradiski Crystals, housing is classified by reference Les Arcs.

The residence Le Ruitor is located in the village of Charmettoger Les Arcs 1800. It is right next to a blue run. The chairlift Le Jardin Alpin is 150 m and shops within 200m of the residence.

Very close to the new Mille8 complex Ruitor boasts breathtaking views of the mountains.

The ski school and kindergartens are very close.

Everything is done on foot!

The residence is quiet and the housing has a vuepanoramique of the mountains and the valley (south-west view, with a beautiful sunshine and sunsets and seas of magic clouds).

The residence is secured and includes a ski room to leave skis and boots in a room.

In summer, enjoy the pool.

The apartment is equipped for 4 persons with a sleeping quality.

1 separate bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 couch with 2 trundle beds in the main room.

We optional offer for rent a cot.

The bathroom is separated from toilet and has a bath.

The kitchen area includes a ceramic hob 2 locations, 1 dishwasher, 1 mixed microwave grill oven, an electric kettle, mini fridge and a coffee maker.

The house measures about 28m2.

A WiFi Internet access, since the building is also available.

The kitchen was completely redone: new work plan, functional cupboards, ceramic hob, extractor.

Parking: We offer a parking card at an attractive price. € 40 instead of € 70).

Saturday Rental (from 16h) to Saturday (10 am departure).

Do not hesitate to ask us for short stays or staggered stays possible depending on occupancy.

Reservation: 30% of the week for block booking. The balance will be paid to J-8 maximum.

We ask you to leave the apartment clean for the next tenant household products are available.

Check deposit of 400 € refundable at the end of the stay after the inventory. (Not cashed)

A relouer avec plaisir...

Joli appartement douillet, très fonctionnel, bien entretenu. Superbe vue sur la vallée avec un bel ensoleillement dans l'après midi.

Près des pistes et des commerces ( à 5 mn à pieds), ce qui est assez pratique.

Propriétaires très sympas et de bons conseils.

Je recommande et j'y retournerai surement....

Bonne semaine!

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine aux Arcs. Au moins la neige était au rendez-vous!!!! L'appartement était très agréable et fonctionnel avec de nombreux rangements. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour l'accueil qu'ils nous ont réservé à notre arrivée et départ.
