Nel cuore di Saint Malo

Un appartamento grazioso e confortevole, ben arredato, biancheria di qualità, tutto ciò che serve per cucinare e pranzare in casa. Molto luminoso perchè al quarto piano, ma non fatevi spaventare, la scala in legno antico rende la salita quasi gradevole.

Great rental - Exceeded expectations - Charming Place / Location de très bonne qualité

Wife and I stayed at the apartment for the 2016 Bastille day very long weekend and found it excellent . Very well located , extra clean , extremely quiet, full of natural light ( as a result from being on the 4th floor / nobody walking above your head ) . Nothing missing in the apartment, all you can think of plus more . It is obvious the apartment was renovated and still is in extremely good condition. Budget wise , hard to defeat . The owner is just across the street and very responsive. Wife and I like the gallery " les artistes et la mer" ( located by the cathedral ) with a special note to a local painter Guy Dekeryver.

Mon épouse et moi avons séjourné dans l'appartement pour le long weekend du 14 juillet . Endroit charmant, très bien situé, très calme , très propre , rien ne manquait . même encore plus sympa que sur les photos ( beaucoup de lumière naturelle / 4eme étage ). Certes l'escalier est un peu sportif mais cela fait partie du charme de l'endroit , et puis les belles choses se méritent ! l'equipement de l'appartement est irreprochable . Nous avons aimé la galerie "les artistes et la mer" et notament un peintre Breton , Guy Dekeryver. S'agissant de l'appartement le propriétaire n'est pas bien loin , très acceuillant et de bon conseil. Question budget, de notre point de vue , très competitif .

Appartement de charme, fonctionnel. Très bel accueil.

L'appartement Jemilo est d'un goût particulièrement sûr, sobre et élégant. Un vrai travail de décorateur et d'architecte, pensé au centimètre. Évidemment impeccable. Les hôtes sont à la fois professionnels et chaleureux ( conseils, disponibilité... eau, cidre, Dosettes de café...) C'est une adresse excellentissime dans intra muros à deux pas de tout, y compris la mer! En outre, le lieu est étonnamment calme et lumineux grâce à l'exposition traversante (nombreuses fenêtres phoniquement isolées qui ménagent les grandes diagonales ). Une seule petite chose à savoir : l'escalier est sportif ... Mais c'est la règle dans intra, et ça fait les jarrets!
