Syros Villa is in Dani ,area near of Kini, a typical small fishing port, on the West side of Syros, and approx 7 km from the port and town of Ermoupolis. The nearest beach “Loto” is approx 350 m of walking. The very contemporary Villa is new built in 2015, with very large windows that provide spectacular views of the Aegean Sea and neighboring islands. The 250 sq.m. great house is located on a large piece (7.500 sq.m) of private land, you will be sure that will enjoy an absolute calm . Many rooms have direct access to a large sized pool and to the spacious outdoor areas surrounding the house with a great view of the Aegean Sea and the islands. Syros villa can accommodate from 10 to 12 people. It consists of 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and a big open space with a large kitchen, dining room and living room, on 3 floors.
The beautiful sunsets, the panoramic view, the serenity of the environment, the Cycladic construction style combined with modern touches give this property an extraordinary character.
Guests can enjoy the nearest crystal clear sandy beaches of Loto and Kini , with nice restaurants and fish tavern that offer local gastronomy as well as traditional Greek dishes.
You can find on the island many hiking routes, water sports and swimming and relaxing at the beautiful beaches.
The unobstructed view with very romantic sunsets make of Syros Villa an exceptional and unique place.
Visits also to the numerous villages with typical cycladic architecture, and Ermoupolis the largest city and capital of the Cyclades with its impressive mansions.
Agios Nikolaos Church in Vaporia neighbourhood with its blue dome and sensational icons, is a must see, as are the Church of the Resurrection (Anastaseos) on top of Vrodado Hill and the Catholic Cathedral of Agios Georgios in Ano Syros. Ermoupolis is one of the few places in the world where Orthodox and Catholic Christians celebrate Easter together, offering visitors an unrivalled experience.

Close to the villa, to the nearest village of Kini, less than 1 km of walking, there is a public bus that comes from the port and town of Ermoupolis.

"Dio Tzitzikia st'almirikia" is an excellent tavern (ratio, quality, price) feet in water. It offers a variety of Greek dishes, but also European creative cuisine. Local ingredients are carefully selected: Cheese Tinos and Kythnos, sausage Karditsa .. The tables are set on the waterfront, on a terrace, in the shade of pine trees (almirikia), hence the name of the tavern. Yiannis the chef is French, having worked for years at Club Med in Corfu.
