This town house is completely equipped and furnished to provide you with an unforgettable holidays. With private swimming pool, barbecue area, terraces and garden and a large private parking, this property is equipped with owner´s furniture and decoration and offers a unique experience of the 'Algarve' living. The villa as very large areas and is equipped with all the appliances necessary. The house as 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Free WIFI. Cable TV, Play station 3 with a wide range of games and films to enjoy.

About Pedro Moreira

My name is Pedro, I am 49 y.o. and I am an Hotel Manager. This was my grand parents house and as been on my family for over 150 years. The front of the house resisted the big earthquake of 1755 witch destroyed most of the Lagos city and Lisbon. This house was completely rebuild in 1988 and again had major improvements in 2000. This is my home and is maintained as I would leave there all year around. I divide my time between Lagos and Lisbon now.

Situated right in the town center, yet very quiet, this 3 bedroom town house with large terraces is perfect for a family holidays. The private parking fitting 3 cars is a plus in this area. The house was again refurbished this winter with new parquet floors fitted in the bedrooms area.

This house is a step away from all the commodities Lagos centre as to offer, but also very close to its beautiful beaches. However, due to the location of the bedrooms and living area, this is a very quite place to relax and regain strength.

accueil très sympathique, discret mais présent quand il le faut. Très bon emplacement au cœur du vieux Lagos. A proximité de tout sans être ennuyé par le bruit le soir si vous souhaitez rester au calme . La plage à deux pas. La location correspond à la description, équipement complet. Linge changés en temps et en heure. Fort probable que nous relouerons si nous revenons dans la région. Merci pour tout.

Location, location, location!

My husband, myself and two sons, in their early twenties, stayed at the spacious town house. I chose the rental based on the location and it was a great choice. I did not want to have to drive when we went out to dinner or to go to the beach and this home afforded me that luxury. The home itself has a wonderful outside area with a lovely pool and great seating area. The kitchen is well appointed and each of the three bedrooms does have their own bath. My only complaint is that the bedrooms could use some updating but everything else about the rental was great. Two of the bedrooms open to a terrace above the pool and barbecue area and from that terrace there is also a view of the beach. Fabulous! The town house is right on the edge of the main area of town so it is at most a one minute walk to the first restaurant but the area directly outside the town house is very quiet. The location is perfect. There is a garage, which is wonderful to have safe and secure parking, but I do have to say it is not easy to get in or especially out of the garage. If you plan on renting a car, make sure you get the smallest car possible! Pedro was so easy to work with, he responded immediately to any questions that we had. I would recommend this property to friends, relatives and anyone planning on going to Lagos!

Perfekte Lage. Mittendrin und trotzdem Ruhe :)

Es war von Anfang bis zum Ende ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Pedro ist ein hervorragender Vermieter, der jede (!) Email innerhalb von einer halben Stunde ausführlich beantwortet hat. Schon im Vorhinein hat man ein gutes Gefühl. Weil wir bereits vor 6 Jahren in Lagos waren, wussten wir, dass die Lage optimal ist: Die Stadtvilla von Pedro liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Zur Flaniermeile sind es dennoch nur 50 Meter Fußweg, dort findet man gute Restaurants, Bars, Souveniers, Surferläden usw. Zum Strand sind es ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg, zum Hafen ebenso. Da man ggf. verschiedene Strände ansehen möchte und vom Flughafen Faro ja auch nach Lagos kommen muss, würde ich ein Auto empfehlen.

Das Haus selber ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat ein Master Schlafzimmer, dass ein Ehebett und Dusche/WC hat und einen Balkon mit direktem Zugang in Richtung Pool/Terrasse usw. Bemängeln kann man, dass es keine einzige Steckdose im Badezimmer gab. Die weiteren zwei Schlafzimmer sind identisch, beide haben allerdings nur je 2 Einzelbetten. In einem Schlafzimmer (zur Straßenseite) gibt es keinen Kleiderschrank, was ich an Pedros Stelle verändern würde. Dort mussten wir die Kleidung auf der Couch lagern. Beide kleinen Schlafzimmer haben ebenfalls ein eigenes Bad / WC und sogar eine Badewanne. Alle Schlafzimmer sind im ersten Stock.

Im Ergeschoß findet man eine super ausgerüstete Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit separatem Essbereich. Wir haben Wohnzimmer und Essbereich nicht genutzt, weil wir immer draußen gegessen haben und keine Lust auf Fernsehen und Playstation hatten. Lieber waren wir unterwegs oder hielten uns auf der Sonnenterrasse mit Grill und Bar auf. Der Pool ist wunderbar, vor allem viel größer als es auf den Fotos rüber kommt! Es gibt ausreichend Liegen und Auflagen. Die Garage war riesig, aber es bedurfte trotzdem etwas Übung herein zu kommen ;)

Wir können die Stadtvilla uneingeschränkt empfehlen und bedanken uns herzlich bei Pedro.

Perfect combination!

We found the house very comfortable, proper and well equipped. In the middle of our holidays it was cleaned up and the towels werde changd. A very good service!!!

The house is in the middle of the town, many shops, bars and restarants are nearby. The pool is nice and the beaches are very close. In the surrounding are many places to discover. For us, two adults and four teenagers, it was a perfect combination!

Pedro was very friendly and helpful. It was no problem to contact him in case of a problem... Thank you for our care, Pedro!

We would really like to come back.

We had a great stay. Nice house and great location

We are a family of 5, with 3 adult sons. We were looking for a place close to the restaurants/pubs and shopping/pedestrian area, so we could go out in the evening without needing a car. This was the perfect location for this. 100 feet away from the first restaurant, and only 5 minutes walk to the beach through old narrow city streets and the old city wall.

The house is spacy and nice. I liked the great view from the upstairs bedroom, the refreshing pool and the barbeque corner.

Everything was in walking distance. We rented some scooters for a view days and could park them in the garage.

Pedro was very helpful and easy to deal with.

For us it was a very relaxing vacation. We liked the location, the town and the beaches. We would go back.
