The house has three beautiful bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a king-size bed and ensuite shower room/WC, one with two single beds and one with one single, these sharing a separate bathroom/WC. There are also several cots available for free and guest beds at a surcharge.
Head upstairs for the spacious lounge / dining room, boasting a vaulted, beamed ceiling, comfy, leather 3-piece suite, a 32” LCD TV, a DVD-player, a wood-burning stove and a kitchen area equipped with everything needed to cook up hearty meals.
Enjoy views from the lounge across the fields to Pelynt village and the children’s play area, and make the most of sunny days by soaking up the rays on your sunny patio.
This property is perfect for a family holiday. The environment is child friendly. The owner offers free animal feeding for the children (and adults) each week day morning (holding the rabbits and guinea pigs, feeding the pigs and sheeps, hand feeding the goats and chickens, and collecting the eggs). After the animal feeding he also provides a free pony ride for the younger children or a tractor ride for kids (and adults) of all ages.
Towels, linen and cleaning are included.
A car is essential and there is free, private parking on the property. Smoking is allowed outside only and parties are not permitted.

This lovely cottage is in an area packed with attractions that’ll suit every taste and forms part of Polean Farm, a group of 18th century former barns converted into holiday cottages set around a pretty courtyard.
Looe, picturesque Polperro and Fowey can all be found within a few minutes’ drive, while activities on offer nearby to delight young and old include sailing, fishing, mountain biking, horse riding, paragliding and tennis. A 41-minute drive will take you to the Cornish Coastal Path, rated as one of the top walks in the world! The famous trail is perfect whether you’re after a short stroll or more of a challenge, boasting stunning scenery and incredible wildlife.
There are also caves, a zoo, ruins and a leisure centre not far from the property, a beach at 3 km and a golf course 11 km away. Plus, with a supermarket at 1.5 km, a bar at the same distance and lovely restaurants about 6 km away, you’ll have everything needed for a dream holiday close at hand.
