Set in the traditional Provençal commune of Sorgues, surrounded by peaceful countryside and within easy reach of cafes, restaurants and activities such as cycling and scenic hikes, this delightful house comfortably sleeps 10. It is a mere 10km from the fabled Pope's Palace and spectacular history of Avignon, and golf enthusiasts will enjoy the Avignon Golf Course, also just 10km away.
The house features stunning mountain views, an 8 x 3,7 m swimming pool and a fenced garden. A games room with a pool table compliments mod cons such as a HiFi system and a flat-screen TV, and a washing machine and dryer are also included for your convenience.
Prepare culinary masterpieces in the fully-equipped kitchen, including a stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine. For a change of pace, consider a BBQ on the furnished terrace while enjoying the serenity of the natural surrounds.
There are five thoughtfully-furnished bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a convertible sofa is also available. The two immaculate bathrooms are witted with tub/shower combinations.

Sorgues is only moments from the Rhone River and the well-preserved, medieval town of Avignon. Avignon features awesome fortified walls and towers, but is best known for the Pope's Palace, the clock-tower in the town centre, and the Saint-Benezet bridge – all reachable in just a short, scenic drive. If holidaying in July, don’t miss the magnificent Avignon Theatre Festival in the start of the month!
Golfers will love the Avignon Golf Course 10km away, and a trip to the beach is not out of the question with Sainte Marie de la Mar beach at only 100km. The famous Pont du Gard is only 30 km away, and the must-see town of Pernes-les-Fontaines with its 40 historic fountains is only 15km from Sorgues. Restaurants, bars and a market are all within 1km of the house.
