Boasting beautiful views of the lush countryside all around, Rosebud Cottage provides a blissful home-away-from-home. The cosy, slate-floored sitting room is equipped with thick rugs and a wood-burning stove, plus a 32” LCD TV, DVD-player and a freeview box. The farmhouse-style, fitted kitchen has a large dining table that seats six adults and 2 children, a large fridge and freezer, and a dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven.
Head upstairs for a light double bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite shower room/WC, and two twin bedrooms that share the use of a separate bathroom/WC.
Make the most of the gorgeous surrounds on your private, rear courtyard, with garden furniture and use of a barbecue, then venture out to explore the fantastic activities on offer near your doorstep!
This property is perfect for a family holiday. The environment is child friendly. The owner offers free animal feeding for the children (and adults) each week day morning (holding the rabbits and guinea pigs, feeding the pigs and sheeps, hand feeding the goats and chickens, and collecting the eggs). After the animal feeding he also provides a free pony ride for the younger children or a tractor ride for kids (and adults) of all ages.
Towels, linen and cleaning are included.
A car is essential and there is free, private parking on the property. Smoking is allowed outside and parties are not permitted.

This lovely property promises the perfect Cornish holiday, set in an area packed with attractions that’ll suit every taste. The cottage is part of Polean Farm, a group of 18th century former barns converted into holiday cottages set around a pretty courtyard, within easy access of activities and sights.
Looe, picturesque Polperro and Fowey can all be found within a few minutes’ drive of the cottage, while pastimes on offer nearby include sailing, fishing, mountain biking, horse riding, paragliding and tennis. A 41-minute drive will take you to the Cornish Coastal Path, rated as one of the top walks in the world! Whether you’re after a short stroll or more of a challenge, the famous trail will introduce you to stunning scenery and incredible wildlife.
There are also caves, a zoo, ruins and a leisure centre not far from the property, a beach at 3 km and a golf course 11 km away. You’ll have all the necessary amenities close at hand, with a supermarket at 1.5 km, a bar at the same distance and lovely restaurants about 6 km away.
