Welcome to “Waggoners”, a delightful, contemporary cottage in a converted barn originally built in 1800. On a single level with an open-plan living room, dining/kitchen and vaulted ceilings, the cottage boasts two beautifully-appointed bedrooms; one with a king-size bed and the other with two singles (there are several cots available for free and guest beds can be provided at an added fee).
There’s a wood-burning stove, perfect for curling up in front of in one the leather lounges, while the 32-inch TV with a DVD-player will keep you entertained. The practical kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven and fridge with a small freezer, and the bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle. The lounge opens up to a private, south-facing garden with a patio, garden furniture and the use of a barbecue, where there is also an outdoor playground and indoor heated playroom.
This property is perfect for a family holiday. The environment is child friendly. The owner offers free animal feeding for the children (and adults) each week day morning (holding the rabbits and guinea pigs, feeding the pigs and sheeps, hand feeding the goats and chickens, and collecting the eggs). After the animal feeding he also provides a free pony ride for the younger children or a tractor ride for kids (and adults) of all ages.

A car is essential and there is free, private parking on the property. Smoking is allowed outside and parties are not permitted.
