Located in Mane (Alpes-de-Haute-Provence), 700 meters above sea level, this design and original house was designed by architect Odette Ducarre in 1972 to house the Robert Morel editions. This house has been thoughtfully renovated in 2005 to fulfil its original purpose of being a place of creativity, and communication.
The house welcomes artists from all backgrounds who wish to exchange ideas, meet others, have fun and create in total tranquillity.
On the ground floor you will find a vast, open, 300 sqm space that comprises a sitting room, workspace, open kitchen and dining area that can accommodate up to 18 people. The house is furnished in a modern style and lets you stay connected and entertained, with a Wi-Fi internet connection and television with access to the channels of Canal Plus and Canal Sat.
Upstairs, the "Master room" is 80 sqm and features a double bed with ensuite bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. The "Violine" bedroom is 55m² and includes a desk. You will find two single beds and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. The "Beige" bedroom is 35 sqm with a desk, a double and also its private bathroom with shower and toilet. The "Perle" bedroom consists of a double bed and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Finally, the two last bedrooms are smaller, the "Saumon" and "Jaune" each have two single beds and share a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The six-hectare garden has a heated, 17 x 5 m swimming pool surrounded by deckchairs, a large dining area, an organic vegetable garden and a well.
Cleaning, linen and towels are included. If needed, please don't hesitate to ask for these on-site services not included but available with extra fees : keeper, cook, cleaning during the stay or laundry.
There is private parking on site. A deposit will be required upon arrival. Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is allowed only outside.
