Set in a private and very quiet street, 1km from the town of Pordic, this designer bungalow is surrounded by a 1400 sqm enclosed garden that is protected by an electric gate, intercom and remote control.
Enjoy a large, south-west facing terrace and a courtyard, or cosy up in the immaculate inside living areas, including very bright living room of 60 sqm, complete with a fireplace, a flat-screen TV with a DVD-player and a HiFi system. The house also includes an entrance hall with a wardrobe, a washer and dryer plus ironing equipment for your convenience.
With the nearest restaurant at 1,2km and a supermarket just 900m from your door, you can choose to try your hand at Breton dishes or let others do the cooking. The modern kitchen is fitted with everything from a dishwasher to an electric oven, a microwave and an American fridge, opening up to a dining area with 8 seats.
Get a great night’s sleep in one of two beautiful bedrooms, two boasting a double bed, or on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The immaculate bathroom has a shower, spa bath and WC, and there is also a separate WC.

Set in the Cotes-d'Armor department of Brittany, Pordic offers untouched nature and great opportunities for scenic hikes (for example in the Gouët Valley and coastal path) and bike rides, with a bike track leading directly from the property. You’ll find a sailing club and opportunities for tennis, horse riding, golf and kayak rental nearby and you’ll be just two minutes from beautiful beaches such as Tournemine (1,2km away), Les Rosaires, Petit-Havre, Port Jehan and Barillet.
Find shops at just 1km from the property and Saint-Brieuc 5 minutes away. For excursions further afield, you’ll have easy access to the ports of Binic and Saint-Quay-Portrieux. The Bay of Saint-Brieuc natural reserve is just a 20-minute drive away, while other highlights of the Côtes d’Armor include walking the picturesque coastal path of Cap Frehel, a visit to the charming fishing village of Paimpol and a boat trip to the Ile-de-Brehat.
