Located only 1 kilometre from the Palace of Versailles and within suburban Le Chesnay, this cosy house is the perfect base for holidaymakers wanting to explore everything Paris has to offer yet maintain an escape from the city. Dine on the two private terraces, find bars and restaurants within 500 metres of your hideaway, and enjoy the numerous activities (from golf to museums) offered in the immediate vicinity.
After you’ve toured Versailles like a king or queen, you can return to your holiday home and enjoy its comfortable living space. The living room boasts an inviting indoor fireplace, CD player, sofa, radio, desk, DVD player, and flat screen TV. You will find also a modern kitchen perfect for preparing a feast. Kitchen amenities include a microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, freezer, refrigerator and cooking utensils. Dine outdoors on one of the two furnished terraces (one is shared with the neighbors) or around a dining table that accommodates up to 4 people.
You can rest up after a long day of sightseeing in the mezzanine bedroom where you will find a double bed along with a canted ceiling. An additional bed is available for a child on the small mezzanine level. There is also a bathroom, which sports a bath tub and WC.
Central heating is provided for your comfort. A washing machine is also available.
The local tourist tax is included in the price. Please bring your own linen and towels.
On-site yet public parking spaces are available. Smoking is permitted outside only while pets are not allowed.

The area around Le Chesnay is filled with activities to keep you busy during your stay. Discover the world of Marie Antoinette at the Palace of Versailles, just 1km away, treat yourself to the latest fashions at Le Chesnay’s outlet shopping centre, go hiking or swimming, play a round of golf at the La Boulie golf course, located only 6km away, or take a walk in nearby public gardens. The apartment is within 500 metres of the closest bar and restaurant and only 100 metres from the nearest supermarket.
While leaving the historical beauty and convenience of Le Chesnay might be difficult, there is plenty to discover further afield. Of course, Paris and all of its wonderful sights are within an hour’s drive of the house. A visit to Le Chesnay would certainly be incomplete without a day trip spent wandering between the Eiffel Tower and the Avenue des Champs-Élysées. In the opposite direction, a trip to beautiful Chartres is worthwhile. The city’s cathedral is magnificent and hiking along the River Eure makes a stunning diversion from city life.
