A mere 800 metres from the beach and enjoying a stunning view over the bay of Douarnenez, this charming house can sleep six people. The living room includes a satellite TV, a CD/DVD player, a sofa and several books, while other features include a wardrobe, a desk, ironing equipment and a washing machine.
Decorated with elegant taste, the house has two bathrooms, each with a bathtub, shower, hairdryer and toilet. There are three bedrooms,one with a double bed, and two with queen-size beds (a cot is offered free of charge). The fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen includes all necessary utensils for cooking your meals, like an oven, a stove, a dishwasher, a fridge, freezer and a microwave.
Enjoy your meals on the terrace, fitted with a table, chairs, a parasol and a barbeque. Perfect for holidays with family or friends! The garden has a surface of 2000 sqm and invites you to relax on the deck-chairs while enjoying the breath-taking view over the sea.

You will be able to practice several types of sports nearby, such as horse riding, tennis or hiking. Being close to the sea (Aber beach is only 800 meters away) you can also enjoy water sports, especially windsurfing, and close to the house you will find several shops, a pharmacy, a bank, a supermarket and a public swimming pool (4 km away). On the main square of Crozon a market with local products is held every morning.
The Crozon peninsula is part of the Armorique natural park. Less than 20 minutes away from the house you can discover Morgat, Cap de la Chèvre, the abbey of Landévennec, the Pointe de Pen-Hir, the Landévennec boat cemetery, Camaret and the Pointe des Espagnols. You should also visit the Vauban Tower at Camaret, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2008.
