Apartment of 56 m2 on the 2nd floor of a quiet residence, renovated in 2015, very bright. It consists of a living room with a bay window and a small balcony. A fully equipped kitchen. 1 bedroom with dressing room and a real bed for 2, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bath with shower and hair dryer. 1 sofa bed in the living room. Extra folding bed on request. Cot and highchair available on request.

TV, wireless internet. Washing machine and dishwasher. Iron and ironing board, small drying rack. For longer stays Special Discount, contact me by mail. Arrival of vacationers desired after 16h, starting 10am to rent.

Très agréable

L'appartement est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. La vue est belle sur la campagne et les collines dominant Aurillac. L'immeuble est calme. Simply Market à 50 m, Leclerc à 300m, pharmacie, boulangerie... La rivière Jordanne et ses promenades à 300 m...La gare à 5 minutes à pied... le centre ville historique à 15 minutes... Lieu de séjour parfait.

cet appartement est grand, clair, très propre et très bien aménagé. Notre séjour s'est bien passé, sans aucun problème. Et, ce qui ne gâte rien, les propriétaires sont sympathiques. Merci à eux. Si l'occasion se représente, nous reviendrons surement dans ce logement.
