Why Christine France chose East Marion
This property is different. There are a few core little beach communities on the North Fork that are truly unique and this is one of them. It has the added bonus of being in close proximity to Greenport village so it really is the best of both worlds. You could arguably bike to Greenport from the cottage but plan it out and build in stops i.e Sep's, lavender fields etc.
What makes this House unique
I fell in love with this house for it's antique cottage charm and windy sand roads. Over the years , the house has been updated and opened up but still maintains a unique vintage charm. The walk to the beach is really the zinger. It is a game changer as it provides you with a wonderful little respite within walking distance.

Peaceful days in Bay Breeze
My husband and myself had the great pleasure of spending a week at Christine's lovely home Bay Breeze in East Marion. It is a very short walk to a lovely sandy beach on Gardiner's bay. The house is adorable, perfect for a couple or small family.
The location is sublime, very quiet, rural and peaceful. It is the perfect antidote for the stresses of city life and a great get away.
Christine is the perfect hostess, always available by phone or text.
I strongly recommend a holiday at Bay Breeze, near the beautiful Gardiner's bay.
It is a place of peace and solace!
