Convenient one bedroom fapartment in picturesque courtyards with moutain views.

Your views from the outside private seating area include, the famous Gsteig church dating back to the 8th century, schynige platte ridge line and the old covered wooden bridge. The courtyard is surround by old traditional swiss chalets. It really is like stepping back in time. Enjoy a coffee or glass of wine in this unique quiet square and take in switzerland at it's finest.

This one bedroom sub level apartment is fully furnished to suit all your needs during your stay with direct access to the garden. The bedroom has a comfortable good size bed, wardrobe, drawers and night light. The kitchen is fully kitted, with oven, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer. There is open plan dining in the kitchen and a small lounge with tv and dvd player. The sofa bed here sleeps the extra two if needed. The bathroom is spacious with shower, toilet and sink.

The shared matured garden has a bbq spot and is stunning with flowers and colour throughout the year.

Great location near Interlaken

Good property well equipped with TV, access to washing machine and attractive garden area.

Easy to keep tidy with plenty of space, bedroom, bathroom and living area. 2 mins to station and buses for transport throughout the region. Very pretty garden area.

A great place to stay

After 8 days of citylife this was a perfect place to recover! Very nicely placed, beautiful surroundings, easy to get there and close to the station and all other village fascilities needed.Very quiet except from the churchbell...The Apartment was nice and clean, and Juliet was very helpful both before, under and after the stay (taking action to points of improvements that we commented). The Apartment is best suited for two, but in our case also slept 4 (2 kids) without problems. We missed a dishwasher and also misunderstood the front photo, which is actually of the neighbouring house, but that doesn't matter, as the place was great anyway!

Home Away From Home

Situated amidst the lush greenery with ice capped mountains overlooking this apartment from all around, this place can be undoubtedly compared to a slice of heaven on the Earth. A truly relaxing homely, aptly equipped place suited to meet all requirements of a tired tourist after a long site seeing with added advantage of having a supermarket and the Wilderswil railway station at a walk able distance.

One of the most beautiful places that we visited.

The location has amazing views, is quiet, yet so close to all the amenities.

We were a little worried about staying outside Interlaken, but Wilderswil turned out to be a great little find. Easy access to Interlaken, but even easier access to the Jungfrau region and all the hiking and sightseeing we had come to see.

The apartment was clean and simple. Considering it is sub level, the owner has done a great job with the outside seating and we were surprised how light and airy the apartment was.

Prompt and professional dealing with the owner of the property. We really could not have asked for more. We hope to come back again someday.

Interlaken/Wilderswil is a massive outdoor adventure base, similar to that of Queenstown in New Zealand.

Paragliding, Skydiving, Canyoning, Rafting, Ice Climbing, Hiking, Rock Climbing, Fly Fishing, Mountain Biking, Hang gliding, Bungy Jumping, Canyon Jumping are activities available during the summer.

Paragliding, Skydiving, Hiking, Hang gliding, Canyon Jumping, sledding, snowshoeing, skiing and snowboarding are activities available during the winter.

For the less adventurous and families there heaps of famous train journeys, boat rides on either Lake Thun or Lake Brienz and lots of day that include amazing playing parks. There are children friendly hiking routes, with bbq spots on the way.

The 1st of August is National Swiss Day. The day has continuous events, parades and is capped of with one off with a brilliant fireworks at 10pm followed by live bands.

Basically Interlaken / Wilderswil has so much to do, I am still working my through the list. The safety, simple style of life and beauty of the place is why I feel lucky to live here. I truly cannot recommend it enough.
