It is a second floor very sunny . Quiet while downtown . It has sea views from the balcony. All three rooms have exterior windows. It has a large kitchen and a large dining room . It has air conditioning and heat so it is suitable for occupancy all year .

The flat is located in the Port of Alcudia . A few meters from the sea. Pedestrian area and very quiet. .

It is close to restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets , bus stops , taxis, ...

It is a few meters from the port destination Menorca, Barcelona. and also Náutico.A Club twenty-five meters of floor you can see the boat trips across the bay of Alcudia and Pollenca.

A few meters from the floor of the market is jewelry and clothing . In the old town there 1.5km market on Tuesdays and Sundays few hundred meters there is a market on Fridays.

The beach of Alcudia , about eight kilometers, is a beach of fine white sand with very little depth . Ideal for children to play in it and playing sports.

Alcúdia is a tourist village located in the north of Mallorca. Of particular relevance the old Roman city, Pol.lèntia and Roman theater .

Its location is a great place to enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities instead : sedentary lifestyle , cycling , water sports , tennis , golf, ...

The port of Alcudia apart from its large sandy beach has lots of rocky coves with clear water and cristalina.Zonas great for diving . There are schools of kite- surfing, diving, sailing, skiing, and mountain area in practicing paragliding, ...

At 500 meters there is also a large area of bars and nightclubs. But despite all the apartment is in a quiet and peaceful area .

Why Martina chose Alcudia

For me it has always been a primary requirement when purchasing a home that had a clear view where you could see the sea and all that nature gives us the island and certainly this house gives me.

What makes this apartment unique

What I like about this house is the view. Breakfast on the deck watching the sunrise and evening dinner at her watching moonrise. It is an unforgettable experience.

I also like the decoration and equipment.

Also ,On the quiet, sunny and central location. Able to walk everywhere: beach, bars, seafront promenade, clubs, shops, restaurants, market, etc.

appartement très agréable et super bien situé pour passer un très bon séjour.Les propriétaires gentils et serviable nous on bien accueillis , un petit pot d'accueil nous a agréablement fait plaisir et nous avons bien apprécié .Nous avons passez 3 agréables semaines et espère pouvoir y retourner .Appartement très conforme a la déscription et pas du tout bruyant par apport a la rue piétonnes.(les personnes a mobilité réduite attention il faut montée 5 a 6 marches pour avoir accès a l'ascenseur).

The apartment is located 10 meters from the seafront .. and very quiet pedestrian area in direct contact with the sea and the beach. White sand beaches and rocky coves. Very close to bars, restaurants, clubs, parks, shops and markets. You can enjoy water sports, hiking, horseback riding, golf, and cycling. Held every year Iron Man, this year in May and in September. Places to Visit in Alcudia, the Roman city of Pol.lentia, Roman theater, and the old walls of the city. The house is in the center of town and can walk around the whole area and all the places mentioned above.
