About the property

Our house renovated in a marine atmosphere is located in the heart of the village of Ambon and enjoys with its shops open all year round of a situation and a privileged tranquility.

Housing

A house of 110 sqm on 3 levels fully restored combining the pleasures of the sea, a village with traditional charm (nearby shops) and sea (a short drive).

A fully equipped rental for you to spend good holidays in a warm atmosphere.

Besides the house, you will have a small walled cottage garden and flowers of 120 m² facing south-west, protected from winds by a wall. At disposal, outdoor furniture and charcoal barbecue.

A shed for sheltered bicycle storage

5 bikes available to explore the surrounding hiking paths, beach access (15 mins) or discover the old salt marshes of Ambon.

Other remarks

Located at the entrance to the peninsula Rhuys, and 3 km from the beaches, its location you can enjoy a multitude of activities to discover this part of southern Brittany as the sea side and the land side. The Gulf of Morbihan, Vannes, marshes, Rochefort en Terre ...

Tourist information available (guides, brochures).

Access to floors is via a traditional oak staircase.

A small drawback on access to the 2nd floor in the attic room, a transverse beam on the stairs .... it is protected, but beware of the head.

Rules of Procedure

Weekly rentals only.

We receive tenants on Saturday after 15h and they must have released the scene on Saturday before 12am.

The cottage must be left tidy and clean.

We will be grateful for travelers to plan fitted sheet, duvet covers and pillow covers.

Tea towels and bath mats provided.

Non-smoking accommodation, but ashtrays are available outside.

Pets are accepted on condition that they know better watch out ....

Prices are all inclusive.

Une belle maison, bien située

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison. Le propriétaire a été fort aimable, facilement joignable et réactif à nos questions, juste parfait !! la maison est assez grande et bien équipée, saine et confortable. Attention aux poutres dans l'escalier du haut !! Deux petits bémols cependant : des toilettes bien trop petites et une salle de bains pour lilliputiens, mais en dehors de ça, rien à redire ! propreté et luminosité. Un atout ? la cour fermée ce qui est très sécurisant quand on a des enfants.

Très agréable séjour à Ambon

Village et maison très agréables, idéalement situées ( maison près des commerces et du marché, village près de plages très sympa). Les propriétaires nous ont gentiment accueillis avec un panier de produits locaux. De plus Monsieur et madame Legros ont été flexibles sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. La maison est chaleureuse, la literie confortable, les chambres spacieuses, la cuisine fonctionnelle. Seul bémol, l'absence de machine à laver le linge, bien utile pour un séjour de 15 jours.
