El Nautico Suites are set in beautifully manicured gardens, perched on the edge of the sea. Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is beautifully furnished, air conditioned and well equipped. From the moment you unlock the door and enter the spacious sitting room, you will be ‘on holiday’.
In the time it takes you to walk in the door, drop your bags in the lobby area, move across the marble floor of the spacious lounge and step onto the terrace, you will have left all your cares behind. The sea views induce a Zen-like calm and you will find it hard to drag yourself away. This is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee ( or cuppa), sip a wine with lunch or savour an Irish Coffee while watching the sun set.
On site facilities include Bar/Cafe with spectacular views to cliffs of Montana Roja (Red Mountain) 24/7 reception, gym, sauna, turkish steam room.
Discount on Green Fees : Guests staying at El Nautico can avail of a special rate on Green Fees. If you are booking at El Nautico Reception, they need a minimum 24 hours notice and payment must be made when booking. Or request a letter from El Nautico Reception stating that you are a guest at the Hotel.

Having walked the promenade for a number of years in front of where El Nautico now is. We bought this when it was just a hole in the ground, the idea of waking up to the sound of the waves was a no-brainer!
We love Tenerife, especially love the drive down the tree-lined road to Golf del Sur and the panoramic view of the sea as we arrive from the airport. We love walking into the apartment, opening the shutters up and never tire of the view from the terrace.
Just a quick email to say that we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at El Nautico. We all agreed that the apartment was definitely a major bonus because it was so spacious and comfortable (and luxurious). We can't speak highly enough about it. It helped to make a special holiday extra special.

The location of the complex is perfect for exploring local area on foot and the recommendations made for restaurants/tapas locally were very good and much appreciated. This is a great option if you've decided to stay in South Tenerife. The complex is ocean-front and the south-facing apartment 180 degree ocean views. The apartment has high-quality furniture and fixtures and it is very spacious - including a large outdoor patio with loungers and a patio set. We loved opening up all the patio doors and letting the sunshine and fresh air flow through the space. Our favourite part was falling asleep at night to the sound of the waves rolling in against the rocky shores below. There's a restaurant and ocean-front cafe on the property and you can access a range of businesses within a few minutes of walking (restaurants, pubs, cafes, supermarket, etc). There is a large UK ex-pat community in the area, so English-speakers will feel right at home. My one suggestion for improvement is to have dedicated internet in the apartment. The complex has decent wifi but the signal strength is too weak to access within the suite.
Finally, Connie was great to deal with. My wife and I had to deal with an unexpected change in our travel plans and Connie was very helpful in sorting things out which was very much appreciated.
This was our first stay in this fabulous apartment but most definitely will not be the last. The apartment is luxurious and the views stunning. Everything you could possibly need was there for you. The staff on site are extremely friendly and professional, especially Juan on reception. The girls in Maria restaurant/bar were always there with a friendly smile and made everyone feel welcome as though you were friends. We were surprised that this suite was so much better than our expectation. It was very clean, good furniture, huge terrace, nice beds, cosy couch, TV, dvd player, game computer with usb output (very handy to watch movies and your vacation pictures on the tele with your USB-stick, while relaxing on the couch) big kitchen with everything you need, big pool outside (however, water was a bit chilly) and last, but not least beautiful, beautiful view!
Off course there were few minor things: all doors were making loud noise if you want to close them (we have a nine month kid: if he was sleeping, closing doors was a no-go) and shower heads could use a replacement one day, but this is really insignificant comparing to the whole package.
We definitely recommend this great crib to young families with grandma's and grandpa's, since we have enjoyed our stay from the beginning to the very end!
We have visited Tenerife many times and rented villas and stayed in hotels, but this vacation was by far our best experience. The complex is beautiful and very well maintained. The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and airy. The panoramic balcony with its sea and pool views was amazing. I could watch the children swim in the spotless pool. We felt very secure in the apartment with its 24 hour reception and secure underground car park with designated parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is Wifi outside the apartment and by the pool which was useful with a teenage daughter!! We loved the fluffy bathrobes!
I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to family and friends and have already made several very jealous with our holiday pictures. Thank you again Connie. x
El Nautico Suites is a sea front complex of just 66 privately owned luxury units located on the Golf del Sur resort which occupies 410 acres (1.7km2) and is a holiday and residential village just a few kilometres from the airport. Golf del Sur has developed tremendously in recent years and now is one of the major tourism resorts in Tenerife. Being situated alongside a golf course and marina, Golf del Sur has evolved into a more tranquil holiday environment than its busier neighbours of Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Nearby there are 3 championship golf courses, tennis and water sport facilities. The coastal paths alongside the rugged coastline are great if you fancy an early morning stroll or jog or a leisurely afternoon ramble. You can even walk to the neighbouring fishing village of Los Abrigos for one of the best seafood lunches on the island.

Golf: Just 10 minutes from the main south airport and 15 minutes from the nightlife centres of Los Cristianos and Las Americas, it really does meet everyone's needs. Wide fairways and daunting water hazards combine with ravines and dark sand traps to make every round a challenge but the course provides a soothing contrast with its natural attractions. Golf del Sur is well equipped for the experienced or budding golfer. There is a training academy and a practice range, green and bunker and to make sure you have all the latest clothes and equipment, there is a fully stocked golf shop. If you want to combine golf with another relaxing activity, you can always try the Winter Garden bowls club next door, a real draw for enthusiasts seeking a traditional English summer’s game but with Tenerife’s all year round climate. Green fees peak at 84 euros for the winter season but are cheaper in the summer months and season tickets can give you even further savings. Club and buggy hire are always available; all you need to bring is your enthusiasm. The edge of the course skirts along the cliff top, a popular walk for hikers and bird watchers and the course itself, features a wide range of trees and plants popular with the local wildlife. Protecting the special features of the course is always on the minds of the management and that was rewarded in November 2007 with the Madera Verde Diplome of Honour for the best environmentally friendly golf business in Spain.
