Quiet & Central Apartment With 2 Bederooms and 1,5 Bathrooms

The “Paseo de Gracia F” apartment is our latest of 4 apartments which we offer in this beautifully maintained building located on Barcelona’s wealthiest avenue; Passeig de Gracia. The location is just a few meters from the city’s main square called Plaza de Cataluña which is the center core of Barcelona and the connection between the Gothic Quarter and the Eixample district. Famous sights such as the Cathedral, Las Ramblas, the Boqueria market as well as Gaudi’s master pieces La Pedrera, Casa Battló and Sagrada Familia are all within a short walking distance from this apartment.

We equipped this unit with brand new quality furniture in March 2014 and started publishing it the month after.

From the moment that you walk into the beautiful marble entrance of this in 1890 constructed building you will be completely captivated.

This fantastic apartment has light parquet flooring throughout; the quality of the furnishings and tasteful decoration give the apartment a wonderfully modern and elegant look.

The living room comes with a comfortable sofa and a cozy black quality leather arm chair. This is the perfect spot to sit back in and relax. Plasma TV, DVD and wireless internet as well as DVDs and magazines are at the guest’s disposal. The sofa can be converted in one easy movement into a comfortable double bed for the 4th and 5th guest. Attached to the living room is the dining area with a 5 meter high window front which allows plenty of natural light (orientation south). The round glass table allows for up to 5 persons to have a breakfast or any meals.

The main bedroom comes with a double bed and ample wardrobe space. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom tastefully done in marble with bath/shower and fresh towels ready for use on arrival. Bedroom, bathroom and wardrobe form the en-suite, which is separated from the rest of the apartment. Further on there is a single room for one person available as well as a powder room with WC and sink.

Central heating and air condition are easy to control from within the lounge area.

Kitchen: The fully equipped and modern kitchen offers everything necessary in case guests wish to prepare a meal. At the guest’s disposal are an induction stove, oven, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, microwave, toaster, etc.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is oriented towards the interior (no street noise). This floor can be reached by a glass elevator or by walking up these classic white marble stairs.

The building’s community is quiet and there is a very friendly doorman at the entrance (you can read about him in reviews of our other apartments in this building). We guaranty that our guests will have a very pleasant stay here.

Well kept apartment. Excellent central location.

Very nice property. Two bedroom 1.5 bath. Second bedroom is a twin only, but convertible bed in living room makes easy room for a family of four. Kitchen is spacious, almost too much if on vacation and do not intend to cook. But if you are staying for a while and plan to market, it is perfect. Washing machine and dryer in the apartment work well as advertised.

We would highly recommend this property for your next stay in Barcelona.

Wonderful apartment in excellent location!!

We loved our stay in this property, it is a very nice, clean and comfortable apartment. It is located in an upscale area of Barcelona and is walking distance to most attractions. Las Ramblas and Plaça de Catalunya are just a block away. It was very clean and had all the amenities . Washer dryer worked great and was very helpful. Marcel welcomed us warmly and answered all our questions .

Great place to stay in Barcelona

Marcel is a great host of this amazing apartment at the center of Barcelona. He responds quickly to inquiries. He met us at the apartment. He gave us a little orientation of the city. The apartment is very clean, bright and cozy. There was a fully equipped kitchen, but who cooks in Barcelona. We are out all the time as there were plenty of great restaurants within a few steps. Metro is right outside the door. I saw 1 neighbor the whole time we were there. Very quiet place. I would stay in this place again when I return to Barcelona. Thanks for the hospitality, Marcel.

The guest staying at the Passeig de Gracia E apartment will be assured easy access to this lively Mediterranean city and will find that this apartment is a great spot from which to map out daily jaunts and from which to explore all that this fantastic city has to offer...

Most of Barcelona’s famous spots of interest such as Gaudi’s La Pedrera, the Picasso museum, the Cathedral, Las Ramblas with the well known Boqueria fresh food market, the old town with the gothic quarter and El Borne as well as the harbour are reachable within a few minutes walking (no transportation needed). If public transportation is needed for example to visit Gaudi’s park Guell or Sagrada Familia (the symbol of the city), there would be a metro station literally right in front of the building’s entrance with access to 3 lines (L2, L3 and L4). The L4 (yellow line) would bring guests also to the beaches Barceloneta, Port Olimpic/ Ciutadella, Marbella and Poble Nou. The line L3 (green line) would bring the guest for example to Barca’s impressive football stadium CAMP NOU. The underground metro in Barcelona is cheap and fast. There would also be the option to take a taxi which in Barcelona is also cheaper than in most western European cities. Taxis are circulating in this area 24h. There is a taxi stop right at the next street corner (15 meters from the apartment). To get to the beach from the apartment would take about 10 minutes (depending on the traffic) and would not cost more than 7,- Euros.

During the check-in procedure our guests will receive detailed explanations about everything that is useful and important to know when visiting this great city. We have a selection of restaurant and tapas bar recommendations prepared and will advise where to find the next grocery store, about shop opening hours, etc..
