This luxurious fully renew flat is located in the lively village of Courchevel 1650 (Moriond) with shops and restaurants down the building!
This 37 square-meter stunning apartment offers a panoramic view over the surrounding Alps. There are no words to do the views justice, you’ll simply have to come and experience them for yourself.
The flat layout:
- A brand new fully furnished open American kitchen: microwave oven, dishwasher, induction cooker, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle and well equipped with tableware, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
- Light and spacious living room that includes: sofa, flat screen TV and Wi-Fi.
- The main bedroom is equipped with AN ALCOVE BED (140x190cm), that is to say, the right side of the bed is next to the wall. The second bedroom has bunk beds. The bed linens are provided.
- The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin and a toilet. The towels are provided.
- Sunny balcony south oriented, with a stunning view of the slopes. In the morning you can enjoy your coffee while looking at the gorgeous view of the French Alps.
- Private ski-locker in the buildings ski room with direct access to the slopes (ski-in/ski-out).
IMPORTANT: Due to damage caused, we only accept tenants over 28 years. Moreover, this apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. However for your comfort we only accept a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 adolescents up to 16 years.

The house is beautifully decorated with a cozy environment mixing modern and rustic styles. Perfect to relax after a long ski day or mountain hike!
If you decide to try the local food there are some nice restaurants in the area. You can enjoy the catering/take-away services in the vicinity.

The apartment is small but perfectly formed, and has everything you need (including a washing machine).
Yves was really nice and very helpful, suggesting various places to eat and drink nearby.
The location is perfect, right in the centre of 1650, but somehow still being really quiet. Also exactly positioned for super easy piste and gondola access - literally at the end of the corridor. This made getting out in the morning with a 5 year old much easier than anticipated.
I loved the house in all aspects. Design and quality of the furnitures is perfect. Even though house is small, spaces are used so efficiently that you do not feel that you are in a 37m2 apartment. Apartment has a very big and nice balcony that you can watch either the people who ski or fireworks during the evening in the Courchevel 1850. There are all kinds of kitchen appliances that you can use for cooking. There is also high speed internet connection which was very important for us since we had works to do during the trip.
Location of the apartment is just perfect. We were staying in the 7th floor. At the end of the 7th floor-corridor, you reach the lifts for ski slopes, which is super convenient. The free shuttle bus stop is just in front of the building and every 10 minutes there is one. It took us 10 minutes to go to 1850 from 1650 by bus and it operates until midnight. If you have car, home owner also provides 1 week free closed parking which is 2 minutes walking distance from the apartments.
Even though we have not met Yves, we met Pierre and both of them were helpful about everything.
We liked to stay in this house and plan to stay in the future. I can definetly recommend this house everybody.
Au cœur de Courchevel 1650, l’appartement est vraiment agréable, la déco est soignée avec une très belle vue dégagée sur Courchevel 1850. Il est également très bien équipé (lave vaisselle, lave linge, TV avec box donc avec Internet…) et la propreté est irréprochable. Sa situation est parfaite avec tous les commerces aux pieds de la résidence. En été, stationnement facile et gratuit devant l’immeuble.
En plus, Yves est un hôte extrêmement disponible, à l’écoute et toujours prêt à rendre service. C’est un vrai plus pour ce type de location !
Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésitation et nous comptons d’ailleurs y séjourner à nouveau.
Appartement très agréable et décoré avec gout.
Il est idéalement situé au pied des remontées mécaniques et à 2 pas de l'école de ski. Il ne faut pas oublier que les commerces sont à côtés de l'entrée de la résidence.
Parfaitement équipé, on appréciera le vrai four (parfait pour la tartiflette), le lave-linge (pratique pour le linge des enfants en bas âge) et la connexion internet.
Mais le véritable atout est le propriétaire qui est présent à votre arrivée et pour votre départ, c'est une personne très disponible et très agréable.
Il est très difficile de trouver mieux dans la station.
This was a really lovely flat located right in the centre of 1650 - more so than we realised! The apartment is small but finished really beautifully with everything we needed. Yves was extremely helpful and was easily contactable. Would absolutely stay again.
My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Yves' apartment (again). This is our second time and it was as good as the first one if not better. The location of the apartment is perfect and it is fantastically well appointed with beautiful decoration and everything you might need.
Yves is a great host and treated us like a charm. We will come back for sure!
Les Trois Vallées in the heart of the French Alps has rightly earned its name as the largest integrated skiing area in the world. 318 marked ski-slopes offer a total of 600 kilometres of pure skiing enjoyment. Thanks to around 180 ski-lift installations, the ski-slopes at between 1300 and 3200 metres are reached quickly and easily. The reason: The generous infrastructure of ski-runs and ski-lift installations connects not only the large ski stations at Val Thorens, Les Menuires, Meribel-Mottaret and Courchevel.

Located south of Albertville, Trois Vallées is easy to reach via both the Swiss and French motorway systems. When travelling from the south, take the A41 motorway at Grenoble and then follow the well-maintained N90 to Albertville, which runs parallel to the motorway. When travelling from the north, the best route to take is from Geneva in Swizerland via the N201 to Annecy and from there take the N508 to Albertville. From there, the N90 goes to Moûtiers, which is at the start of the whole skiing area.
