Beautiful apartment located 5 minutes from the Trocadero. It offers great benefits and has just been completely renovated (10/2015).
Very quiet it is located on the second floor courtyard with elevator in a beautiful building "Art Deco".
It includes a fully equipped kitchen with American bar, living room with sofa beds (double bed), two bedrooms, one with a double bed 140x200 and the second with a single bed 80x200, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and many closets.
Up to 5 persons, the apartment ideally situated, you can discover Paris, the city of light, or to undertake a period of work in Paris, business trip…
Less than 500 meters from the famous Rue de la Pompe and Passy neighbourhood. Your home base is in a place both chic, residential and very commercial.
The Rue de Passy is one of the most commercial streets of the 16th arrondissement. There is a shopping arcade, Passy Plaza, which has 26 boutiques, and department store Franck & Fils.
You will also discover many restaurants, brasseries and typical French cafes.
The modern and comfortable equipment of the apartment will ensure you a pleasant stay, to get the most from your trip and to enjoy Paris City of Light.

This apartment is in a great location, near a metro station, markets, restaurants, and pharmacies. And of course, near the Trocadero, with the great views of the Eiffel Tower! The apartment was nicely renovated and clean, overlooks a lovely courtyard, and even has an elevator. It is small, as is generally the case in European apartments, but is very clever at the efficient use of the space. It was very comfortable for two, with plenty of closet space for storage of clothes and luggage. And with a small second bedroom and pull out couch, it would accomodate more travellers. We appreciated the washer-dryer, and the dishwasher.
The residential area was quiet, and we felt very safe walking in the evenings to dinner, or home from our day of touring. We shopped often at the small grocery just next to the apartment, and the larger markets just a few blocks away. I highly recommend the small neighborhood restaurant near the apartment, actually named after the street.

We found the apartment to be very neat, and in a good location. We would use it again as it worked out so well for us...the only improvements would be to include hand soap and wash cloths...that I wasn't expecting to furnish myself. The owner answered all of our questions, and was accomodating to our schedule. Very professional. We enjoyed our visit to Paris immensely.
This apartment is very nice. It is well stocked, in a great location, and is clearly well cared for. We would come back again.
Travelled from New Zealand with two teenage boys. The location was fantastic, nice and central and easy to access everything.
Apartment small, and probably too small for a family of 4. All the amenities and supermarket close by. Very clean and modern apartment.
Had a little hiccup with the bond return due to Sofia not recalling we had paid cash, all sorted in the finish but a little frustrating given the professional approach that had been taken.
We were welcomed by Eveline to show us shortly around and give us the key and instructions for litter, codes for the building and wifi, that were also well mentioned in the contract beforehand. The property was very clean, modern and stylish. We stayed here 3 days and with our family of four we had enough space, with the 1 small "bedroom", 1 normal bedroom and the bank sofa in the living room. The kitchen has everything you need with microwave and grill oven, dishwasher and ceramic furnace. The separate toilet and small bathroom were conveniently set up. The apartment is in a perfect location for discovering Paris. We walked to the Eiffel Tower every night to see the sparkling lights. Sofia was a wonderful help. She always answered any questions we had right away. The apartment itself was very nice and spotlessly clean, just as described. Perfect! We went to two of the restaurants just down the street, perfect. We had a great time.
