Wonderful duplex in the heart of Sitges, 3 terraces with views, 2 bedrooms

Very nice duplex apartment renovated in early 2015 with three terraces, two with magnificent views of the sea and the famous Sant Bartomeu church of Sitges, 50m from the beach.

Nearby shops, restaurants, promenade and many beaches.

Air conditioning in all rooms, central heating for winter. WIFI, television, a bluetooth column loudspeaker.

The apartment has been completely renovated early 2015, triple glazed windows, electric blinds. The kitchen has all the equipment, combined oven with microwave oven, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, freezer.

The two bedrooms each have a double bed and a private shower room with washbasin, heating, electric heated towel rail and hairdryer. The great room features in addition to its own toilet. A second toilet is independent. Each bedroom has access to the terrace, the terrace of the large room located east has an area of ​​13m2. It has 2 chairs and a comfortable seating area for a drink, read or hang out.

The terrace of the second bedroom to the west is the smallest and has the washing machine and dryer. It allows to appreciate the setting sun

The 2 bay windows in the living room opens onto another terrace where it is nice to eat. It has a table for 6 guests.

140cm wide sofa bed allows to accommodate two additional people.

By car: by motorway C-32-30 minutes from Barcelona and 45 minutes of Tarragona.

By plane: the airport el Prat de Barcelona is 20 minutes by car, 30 minutes by bus or 30 minutes by train.

Perfect modern comfort overlooking the sea

Really enjoyed the clean, modern accommodations offered by this quaint condo located right by the sea! The only thing missing was a microwave, but everything else is just perfect. Despite being here during one of the noisiest periods (Pride week) the bedrooms were quiet so sleeping on the comfortable beds was not a problem. There are small convenience stores (mercats) nearby, a larger super-mercat a few blocks away and a supermarket right beside the train station - all within walking distance. The condo is air conditioned, lit with LED lighting, has reasonably fast internet speed and TV with Netflix and more. The washer and dryer came in handly and allowed is to bring less clothing. The host and the property manager were excellent to deal with. Would absolutely rent this one again!

Perfect

We absolutely made the best decision to stay in this apt. It was fantastic. Modern, tidy, well stocked and complete. Don't have one bad thing to say. The thoughtfulness put ino a vacation home was tremendous.

Two things stand out in my mind beyond just how comfortable the apt was; having a book with owners manuals in case you have trouble figuring out the appliances and the closet full of beach chairs, toys and umbrellas. They even had a couple of rain umbrellas just in case.

My biggest compliments however go to Susana who manages the place for the owners. I just cant say enough. From the first phone call before we headed out on our holiday to the last text goodbye. She met us on the corner so we didn't have to go searching for the apt. She gave us the most thorough tour of the apt so we really felt at home. She even walked us around the corner to show us where a small market was and gave us directions to a larger grocery.

She went above and beyond when the airline lost my luggage. I went 4 days without it but it finally showed up and they called her instead of me. Every step of the way she communicated with me and made sure that suitcase made it to our door. I never felt alone. She obviously had great concern for our comfort and our stay so I never worried.

We've used home away for years and have never had a bad experience but because of Susana this was by far our best experience.

Top notch apartment!

We are a family of five (kids 6, 9 & 11) and this apartment suited us perfect. First of all, it´s fresh and clean but it´s also full of smart solutions, it seems larger than the 65 sqm. Close to the beach and good restaurants but that doesn't make the apartment noisy since it´s situated on a small street where cars can´t drive. Great view, three(!) terraces, cooling AC and a kitchen equipped with everything you need. We are also very happy with all the small stuff that helped us in big ways, for instance, there are all the beach stuff that you need (sun beds, parasols etc) and the shopping bag really helped the everyday grocery shopping for a family of five! Sehr Schön

Es war wirklich alles vorhanden außer ein Aufzug, das sollte man bedenken bei 3 schweren Koffern, oder wenn man nicht wirklich gut zu Fuß ist. Allerdings dieses Appartement verzeiht alles, es ist so durchdacht und wunderschön eingerichtet. 3 sehr schöne Terrassen mit kompletter Möblierung. inkl. Strandbetten, -sessel und -schirme. Achtung Nespressomaschine...Kapseln mitbringen. Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen.
