This modern studio-style residence respects the architectural traditions of Patmos; it invites to rest, to meet. Perched on top of the "family" Netia district, east of the port of Scala, it dominates both the Marina and the harbor entrance. As counterweight, the monastery overlooking the whole island. Close to everything, Netia is an area geographically and strategically located for who wants to radiate through the island.
The studio includes a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, etc.), air conditioning, wifi, bathroom, bedroom (double bed) and a sofa bed two places.
The studio has two terraces, one overlooking a flower garden with olive trees, outdoor table and chairs, the other is a space at the main entrance of the residence.
Bed linen and towels are included and changed once a week.
