Ideally located in the charming village of Cala de Mijas, 25 minutes from Malaga Airport and 18 km from Marbella, this spacious and comfortable villa of 220 m² excluding terraces, includes a living - dining room - bar of 60 m2 , fully equipped kitchen, 5 air conditioned bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a billiard room. You also have 3 large terraces with sea views, one with a large barbecue.

The 900 m² garden with Mediterranean vegetation is decorated with a large mosaic pool (with optional heating for use in all seasons), a small waterfall and beautiful "azuleros" (painted ceramics). The villa is ideal for a large family or for stays between friends.

Everything is walking distance: less than 350 m, supermarket, quality restaurants open all year round, free access to private tennis the urbanizacion. At 500 m, sandy beach "El Bombo" with restaurants and beach bars.

The property belongs to the urbanizacion Torrenueva, in a group of luxury villas, 1.3 kilometers from the center of La Cala, typical Andalusian town that can be accessed by a walk along the beach or charming little streets lined orange.

Nearby, within 20 km you can enjoy many attractions such as go-karting, water park and the Bioparc Fuengirola, Tivoli World, the Dolphinarium, the Benalmadena Aquarium, Tree Park Marbella, or you walk in the famous white village of Mijas with its donkeys taxi or the less known but perhaps even more authentic Benalmadena Pueblo.

WONDERFUL AND UNFORGETABLE !

My husband and myself invited our children and grandchildren to come with us to this indeed RARE, MAGNIFICENT AND BEAUTIFUL VILLA at the beginning of April to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. We had the most wonderful holiday at this lovely home with it's terrific heated pool which was especially enjoyed by the 4 year old twins and 9 year old granddaughter, they just about lived in it. The terraces up and down and halfway round the house gave us loads of room and choices to be together or even find a spot to have a little quiet time. There was twelve of us so this was lovely. the house is superb with plenty of seating and has an easy living quality about it. The garden is both spacious and beautiful, we even had a little service in the garden on the actual anniversary day which all of our ten family organised for us, very special. La Cala de Mijas is a super Spanish town retaining its' original charm that is unusual in that stretch of the country.

Thank you Guy and Aurelia for choosing such a wonderful setting for us all to enjoy, we recommend it highly, we had a truly unforgettable holiday there and would love to go again. Alan & Rosalind, Edinburgh

A wonderful family villa

We had a wonderful family holiday. The owners were very easy to deal with. Brenda gave us all the info we needed and was very approachable if we needed anything during our stay. Our welcome pack was gratefully received in particular the birthday cake for our son's birthday! The house had everything we needed for our holiday. The ping pong table went down a treat! Thank you very much for some great memories.

Superbe villa!

Notre séjour à calle de mijas a été un très bon moment, et la villa y a grandement contribué: on s'y sent tellement bien, entre l'intérieur impeccable et le magnifique jardin méditerranéen et sa piscine, qu'on n'a plus envie d'en bouger. Et pourtant l'environnement est très sympa, on peut tout faire à pieds, même avec des poussettes. Mention spéciale pour la balade piétonne, accessible aux poussettes, sur le front de mer, qui mène aux glaciers et restaurants. Commerces et restaurants sont proches, sans voiture. Et repenser aux couchers de soleils vus de la terrasse le soir, entre 2 billards, nous donne envie de repartir! Super maison pour une ou plusieurs familles avec enfants (ou sans).

We spent a very good time in casa aurelia, this house is very comfortable for families with kids, great mediterranean garden and swimming pool, perfect and clean interior. The beach, shops ans restaurants are only a few minutes walking from the house, you will not need your car: such great holidays! We warmly recommend this place.

Une vraie maison idéale...

Même à 13 ,avec bébés et gros chien c'est parfait.

une maison gaie , pratique , pleine d'équipements et d'astuces qui prouvent le soucis des propriétaires à nous satisfaire.

Sur, nous y reviendrons en été pour profiter cette fois de la piscine et de la baignade!

Tout est propre, coloré et sent bon l'Andalousie telle qu'on peut la rêver.

maison conviviale et idéalement située

Cette maison est remarquablement placée à 5 minutes à pied de la plage tout en offrant une très belle vue sur la mer.

L'équipement est complet et la décoration intérieure originale et gaie.

Le grand jardin avec sa piscine et l'espace barbecue apportent tout ce qui est nécessaire à un séjour "farniente et amis" .

Vraiment Top!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le côté chaleureux et design de la maison et du jardin (très bien entretenu!). Il y a de bons restaurants pas loin (l'indien et l'italien sont top) et un supermarché à 5 minutes à pied ce qui est vraiment pratique (voiture pas indispensable). La plage est vraiment très proche et le village de la Cala est charmant. Nous reviendrons surement en haute saison mais le climat était encore bien agréable. A recommander!!

- Granada (can possibly do in the day, about 2 hours of highway) but book if you want to see the Alhambra

- And Cordoba (about 2 hours too)

- Seville, 2h30 by motorway. To take advantage of this fabulous city, you better leave early from the coast, sleep one night there, at a minimum, and return late on the coast.
