About the property

Rue Libergier, walking distance to the Cathedral, cultural sites and champagne houses.

On the 3rd floor of a new building, 1 bedroom apartment of 650 sq. feet plus 110 sq.feet open-air terrace : garden / rooftop view and open outlook.

The flat is entirely furnished with two flat screen TVs, a queen size bed, a brand new convertible sofa, a large table for taking meals, a lot of storage, a space to work. Etc.

The kitchen is fully equipped: vitro ceramic plates, cooker hood, fridge, freezer, micro-wave, oven, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. A list of all the material is available on demand.

Nicely designed, wi-fi internet access, international channels, new bedding, central heating, high ceilings, glass walls, shutters, secure parking space and air conditioning ( a must in summer).

Sheets and towels are provided as well as an ‘’essential kit’’ made of : olive oil, vinegar balsamic, salt, pepper, toilet paper, tissue, nespresso tablets, sugar, washing liquid, sponge, soap, etc).

Also, bikes are at your disposal if you need them and a bottle of champagne is offered for every stay of five days or more.

Guides and maps of the region are waiting for you in the apartment. Also, we provide you with a list of the best restaurants and visits in order to program your trip.

Lovely Apartment

We had a great time in Reims/Epernay and enjoyed the apartment a great deal. It was well furnished and within walking distance of the Cathedral, several restaurants, a grocery and a bakery. The hosts were very accommodating and provided a lot of information on things to do in the local and surrounding areas. I would highly recommend this apartment and would return if we are in Reims again.

Very comfortable apartment in convenient location

This self-catering apartment is an excellent place to stay for a few nights in Reims, on third floor with small outdoor terrace, modern decor, clean and fully-equipped, secure private parking. Very well located for walking to cathedral, tourist office, etc in city centre. Easy to access on arrival following directions emailed by owner - keys waiting for us in security box at the entrance. Boulangerie and supermarket nearby, also nice Italian restaurant Bella Romana (156 rue de Vesle) and excellent fine dining at Anna-S restaurant (6 rue Gambetta).

Couldn't fault it!

Just returned from a wonderful few days in Reims. This apartment met our expectations and more - really nicely presented, great amenities and a fabulous location located close to the cathedral, shops, bars and restaurants. A pity it wasn't warm enough that we could make the most of the lovely terrace. If you're looking for a holiday rental in Reims you couldn't go far wrong with this apartment it's simply perfect. Excellent loft apartment

The apartment is exactly as advertised. It's well equipped and well situated for Reims as well. Great for bars and restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend it.

Great Central Location

My husband and I stayed at this apartment in Reims in June. The apartment offers a very central location if you want easy access to the Champagne region. Within half an hour by car you can reach most of the highlights in Champagne. In addition, Reims is home to various Champagne houses as well, so if you do not have a car, you can still visit various producers right in town. In addition, Reims is only two hours from Luxembourg and 3 1/2 hrs from Strasbourg. We visited both cities over a weekend .

The apartment is very comfortable and modern. We loved the terrace where we ate most nights. The first two weeks were cool but the last week was very hot and we used the aircondition which worked very well in the living room and the bedroom. We watch the news in the living room but never used the TV in the bedroom. The kitchen is very comfortable and has most of the things you will need to prepare any meal. Our only disappointment was the parking space which is very tight for US standards. We decided to park in the street with spots always available when we returned from our daily trips, with the meter expense much lower than those charged at hotels.

We want to thank Julien and Amandine for their quick response to our questions and for making our stay so memorable. We will recommend this apartment to our friends.

Absolutely lovely stay

Our host(s) were absolutely lovely, and forgiving that I hadn't quite organised myself 100% before arrival. Julien & Amandine were both very helpful and provided us with all the information that we needed to have a very enjoyable stay in Reims. The apartment was very close to the Cathedral and walking distance to all you want to see in Reims, and to the train station to catch a day down in Epernay. Highly recommended.
