The apartment is located on the 10th floor and has a spacious living room with open kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and a balcony. The unit has everything one needs for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, blender etc. All rooms have air-conditioning. Reflective, sliding glass has been installed on the balcony, to open or close at your convenience. The complex is secured and gated, has an outdoor pool with sun throughout the day, and a fitness room/sauna overlooking the pool.

The unit is located in the very center of Mahmutlar, three blocks away from the beach, with restaurants, shops, bars and public transportation around the corner. On Saturdays, farmers set up their stalls across the street from the complex, where you can purchase fresh produce for a bargain, as well as souvenirs, spices and clothes.

Mahmutlar is a pleasant little town east of Alanya with about 30,000 permanent residents. Thanks to its 4.5 km of shoreline, it is turning into a beautiful resort town. More and more Europeans have found their second home here. The main street of Barbaros is lined with shops and charming cafes and restaurants catering to tourists. If you want to shop in traditional Turkish shops, however, you will find those on the nearby Atatürk Street.

There is a newly paved boardwalk along the Mahmutlar shoreline dotted with fitness equipment for free use. Neither will you have to worry about getting a parking ticket here as it is free to park almost anywhere. All Mahmutlar streets are paved in charming cobble stone and lined with flower beds. The town is clean and welcoming.

Local buses (dolmus) run frequently between Mahmutlar and Alanya. The drive takes about 25 minutes and costs 3 Liras. You can catch one around the corner.

Mahmutlar is serviced by the Gazipasa airport which is about 30 km east of Mahmutlar. The airport bus (HAVAS) will take you downtown for 18 Liras while taxi will cost you 130 Liras.
