Family townhouse of 120 m2, completely renovated, 50 meters from the beach, on 3 levels, sea view and landscaped garden of 5 hectares - located in an impasse of a quiet residential area.

Shops and restaurants nearby within a radius of 500 m (small supermarket, hairdresser, newspapers, bakery, restaurants, wine shop, pizza truck, McDonalds, car hire ...)

Capacity 6 people.

Ground floor: kitchen / living room of 40 m2, 1 WC, small laundry; kitchen equipped with nine (oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine) with large center island, direct access to terraces (including main 30 m2 raised and fully equipped terrace: garden table and chairs, deck chairs, barbecue, wide umbrella).

1st floor: 1 large bathroom (washbasin, storage column, heated towel rail), walk-in shower and WC, 2 bedrooms with double bed and cupboard (one has a terrace, the other a view of the sea and a large landscaped garden), 1 extra room with storage and possibility of putting them 1 single bed or 1 cot (not supplied).

2nd floor (attic): 1 large bedroom with 2 twin beds.

Why Isabelle chose Cannes - Grasse - Antibes

This is a little family house built in the 80s, and in which we have also lived in the past with my family. We are committed to preserve it but also to keep it alive, and it is with pleasure that we wish to share the sweetness to spend time there, and allow some people to discover this beautiful region : the French Riviera.

A native of the region, I will be happy to help you to organize your stay and to advise you of activities for the whole family.

What makes this house unique

Quiet residential area, shops and restaurants nearby within 500m (small supermarket, hairdresser, newspapers, bakery, restaurants, wine shop, pizza truck, McDonalds ...) - The beach is at 50m, swimming and sunbathing are pleasant from April to the end of September (sometimes until October). You can go to the beach at your convenience, in the morning for swimming (there is lifeguards during high season), at the evening for watching a sunset and a fireworks ..., it is also possible to book a lunch or a diner on one of the many private beaches; but also, water sports nearby (jet ski, water ski, wakeboard, tubes, parasailing...); port at 500 m, with opportunity to go to Lerins islands off Cannes.

Your teenagers can go back and forth as they wish, Juan-Les-Pins is within 3 km; for children sandcastles at will!

Beyond the beach the region offers activities for all seasons: perfume factories visits at 20km, Marineland resort at 8km (Zoo, Aquasplash, Aventure Golf), and an amusement park, high mountains and ski resorts at 80/100 km, lot of museums, Cannes and its Festival at 15 minutes by car (famous Film Festival in May, Pyrotechnics Festival from July to August), Juan-Les-Pins and its Jazz Festival, Monaco and its "Grand Prix" of Formula 1 (50 km by car, also served by a regional train in Golfe-Juan - Train Station at 2 km), Biot and its glass-blowers, Nice and its Carnival, lot of golf courses and spas in the area ...

For sportsman, it is also possible to go jogging by the sea on the way to Cannes and to Cap d'Antibes.

The Italian frontier is less than 80 km, there is also ferries that serve Corsica from Nice.

If you do not have a car, you will find all shops within 500m walk (Bakeries, small supermarket, hairdresser, car rental, newspapers, pizza truck, restaurants, winestore, McDonalds,...); a bus stop that can lead you to Cannes, Antibes, Nice and at the airport; Golfe-Juan train station is at 2 km and serves all the coastal towns.

Fabulous villa in a great location

We arrived for a 2 week holiday with my family and we had a great time. Location of the villa to the beach and local shops was brilliant and connections to local buses and trains easy too. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. The owner was so helpful in all that we required too.

Avis maison golfe

Maison très agréable , à 2 pas de la plage , très bien équipée , entièrement rénovée avec de belles prestations , 3 belles chambres avec une bonne literie , maison très propre , un séjour d une semaine vraiment agréable au calme face à la verdure et vue mer d une des chambres . Pour finir propriétaire et personne qui accueille les locataires ont été au top .

Une maison rénovée au goût du jour et confortable.

J'ai loué 2 semaines cette maison de ville et ai été surpris que les propriétaires aient pensé à tout (dans les explications, mais aussi dans l'équipement très complet). En effet une description détaillée de chaque pièce avec ses spécificités, de fonctionnement de l'équipement par exemple. Des conseils m'ont été prodigués afin que le séjour se passe le mieux possible. Ca a d'ailleurs été le cas. ;-)

Super maison, bien décorée et avec tout le conforme possible et très propre, d'ailleurs la femme de ménage est super sympa.

Bien située prêt de la plage ainsi que de la gare, mais aussi proche d'une boulangerie (trop bien pour les petits déj' sur la terrasse avec du pain frais) de commerces et de pizzas à emporter. La voiture n'est donc pas nécessaire et cela tombait bien nous étions venus en train :-)

Quartier calme et sans circulation, maison située dans une impasse donc très peu de passage.

La propriétaire offre de nombreuses prestations : BBQ (il a servi tous les soirs), transat, nombreux sièges avec une grande table de jardin, superbe cuisine équipée avec lave linge et lave vaisselle, grand salon, Freebox,... On se serait cru chez nous... mais le soleil et surtout la mer en plus !!!

Elle nous avait aussi fais un topo point sur les coins sympas dans la région, facilement accessibles par le train qui longe toute la cote jusqu'en Italie.

Je recommande chaudement la location et j'y retournerai la région est vraiment jolie et il a fait beau pratiquement tout le séjour, dur dur le retour :-(
