On same level as gorgeous courtyard with adult/kids pool, Grilling Stations. 60 sec walk to Ocean with NO ROAD TO CROSS. 2 min walk to rent Kayaks, bikes. 5 min walk to Little Island State Park with 2 Tennis Courts, Sand Volleyball, Pier Fishing, Snack Shack, Restroom. 10 min walk to Back Bay Nat'l Wildlife Refuge with 13,000 acres of protected wildlife, miles of Hiking trails. Great golf (Va Bch National, Signature at W. Neck, Hell's Point, Heron Ridge) and good dining within 15 minutes. NO SMOKING PLEASE.
Directions: Take 64E to 264E. Get off at the Birdneck Rd exit. Make a right at the light on Birdneck Rd. Stay on Birdneck Rd until it intersects with General Booth Blvd. Make a right at General Booth Blvd and travel for about 5 minutes. At the 7-11 on the left, make a left at the light onto Princess Anne Rd. At the first 4-way intersection, go what feels like straight even though you will now be on Sandbridge Rd. Take this for about 8 minutes. Make a right at the light at Sandpiper Rd. Go about 4 miles (pay attention to the speed limit). Kaelee's Kastle and the Sanctuary at False Cape will appear on the left side. Enter between the two Sanctuary buildings. Make an immediate left to enter the parking garage. Additional information is supplied once a reservation is made. There are several ways to get to Kaelee's Kastle so you might want to do your own search using 3700 Sandpiper Rd, Virginia Beach, 23456 as your address.
We are the original owners of this beautiful unit. My wife and I are working professionals. I am a territory manager for a bio-pharmaceutical company. My wife is a registered dietitian. Kaelee's Kastle was purchased for our daughter Kaelee because every princess needs a Kastle. Right? We enjoy it frequently in the off season and visit nearly every Saturday to make sure it is perfect for you and your family. We have been blessed to have had so many wonderful guests over the years. Some guests have stayed with us six times! We are truly thankful for our great guests.

We love this particular unit for several reasons. This upscale property sits in the sand so there are no roads to cross to get to the beach, unlike Sandbridge Dunes. It is so conveniently located close to the pool and courtyard without having to wait for the elevators. It makes grilling so much more enjoyable because the grills are also so close. It is uniquely sheltered behind a pool storage room which further helps to keep it peaceful. The two private elevated balconies provide a gorgeous retreat and scenic views. The three bedrooms that can sleep 8 make vacationing with in-laws or friends perfect. The layout is remarkable as little ones can rest in the back room while adults can create memories in the rest of the unit. We also had the foresight to purchase two reserved parking spaces which is absolutely essential if you will be vacationing in the summer when parking for others can be problematic. Ironically, we thought we originally wanted an ocean front unit. We are so glad that we didn't get one. We have friends who purchased an ocean front unit and said for the first four hours of the day you can't see anything because the sun is in your eyes then you are in the shade the rest of the day. This is our 11th season spoiling wonderful guests.
After 10wonderful seasons, why is Kaelee's Kastle still so beautiful? We travel frequently and try to bring some of our learnings to Kaelee's Kastle. You will notice that everything is simple while maintaining a luxury appeal. Hardwood floors throughout always welcome you with their beauty. Guests have actually asked us if they can take the beds home with them. Tropical art reminds you that you are enjoying a true slice of paradise. We stock the owners closet with essential beach gear. Guests generally replace anything that they break. This truly is a great upscale resort that is child friendly. After many previous maids, we must also mention that we have a great cleaning staff of true professionals. It is impossible to keep everything immaculate but they do a great job.
Why do we only accept cashier's or personal checks? For your safety, we do not want your credit card information. Also, this strategy has been very successful at keeping the 20 something crowd out. More responsible guests have planned and saved money for such a great vacation. By having a significant security deposit at risk has resulted in our guests treating our future retirement home with respect which is how we would treat you and your home.

My family spent a week at Sandbridge and in this beautiful condo. The condo was spacious, well equipped, and well cared for. The decor was tranquil and relaxing and the place was immaculate. We loved that the pool and grills were right outside the condoff, and that there was plenty to do in the immediate area. Dave was the perfect host and answered any questions quickly. It was a pleasure to stay in his beautiful place, and I would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Sandbridge. You will love it!
Kaylee's Kastle was much nicer that the typical vacation rental and the Kastles owner, Mr. David Kistler was very helpful. He made the rental process a very pleasant experience without all the legal jargon that you get from most owners and real estate companies.

This condo and owner are 5 star plus. Our family had a FANTASTIC stay at Kaelee's Kastle! Could not ask for better weather and location. Quick storm one day and sprinkle on day before we left. We stayed for a GREAT 2 weeks. You will enjoy the great views and scenery of the area. Amazing as it seems the condo is on the first floor but due to the secure garage location under building, it brings up condo to seem like 2nd floor on the balcony side. Nice to have gated parking. We arrived with two motorcycles and did not have to worry about damage or theft. Very quiet. Able to sit on balcony and see the ocean from any position. Seemed to be located high off ground but yet first floor with easy access to the pool and grilling area which was 20 ft from front door. This was convenient due to the fact we did not have to go far for the amenities of our condo. (restroom , snacks, water ) The area was very quiet from the hustle and bustle of the populated areas. Beach was beautiful and clean. Traffic was very light on main road due to the sanctuary's location right next to state park with a turn around 1 mile away. Nice ride through countryside to get to more populated areas to shop and eat. My wife loved the location and condo. (Happy Wife Happy Life )
The owner Dave and his wife were great and very quick to respond by text. They keep the condo clean comfortable and easy to keep clean and well maintained. Well equipped right down to the beach chairs and fold up wagon to bring our belongings from our car. Everything was GREAT ! Already looking forward to next years trip.

Our family had a FANTASTIC stay at Kaelee's Kastle!! We absolutely loved the condo - beautiful and spacious. Outfitted very nicely. Enjoyed the 2 balconies. Steps from the beach. Surrounded by nature in a quiet and lovely setting. Condo complex is very nice - we used the hot tub, fitness rooms, game room and libraries. Pools were not open yet but the courtyard was pretty and we sat out in the sun - steps from the condo front door. Having 2 undercover, designated parking spots was super! Very close to elevator and easy access to condo to bring up belongings. Little Island State Park right next door with playground, tennis courts, basketball, fishing pier and picnic sites. We also visited the Wildlife Refuge down the road a bit further and went inside the nature center. Also have trails and access to beach and docks for fishing. Very scenic area - all 5 min's from the condo. We rented bikes and rode around the streets of the neighborhood next door and admired all of the beach houses. Food Lion and other shops and restaurants are a 10-15 min. drive. Everything you could want. We LOVED the location of Kaelee's Kastle - so beautiful and out of the hustle and bustle but close if you want to go places. We all give it a double thumbs up and hope to be back!!! :)
Unit was very spacious, clean and came nicely equipped. Our group included four adults and two children and we had plenty of room. Very close proximity to the beach and just steps from the pool and courtyard area. Owner was quick to respond and very helpful with a small inconvenience during our stay. Both parking spaces in the garage were very conveniently located. Would recommend this unit to anybody looking for a relaxing quiet trip to the beach. We look forward to using it again!
