On the 4th floor without lift in an opulent building on the most beautiful boulevard of Antibes, the 67 m² apartment with double exposure with 2 big 8 m long balconies is located right in the centre of the town, close to the train stations and 20 minutes from the airport. You will fully enjoy all the attractions of the town of Antibes. It is at the edge of the old town and overlooks it and a few steps away from the cinema, the beaches and one of the most typical markets of Provence. It is at your disposal with a fenced garage on the ground floor with direct access to the building hall. You will also be a few minutes away from the train stations and the shops and 20 minutes from Nice Côte-d’Azur International Airport. In the heart of the town, you will be close to all shops, the cinema, the theatres, the ramparts, the Picasso and Peynet museums and the very charming pedestrian streets of the old Antibes. Renovated at the beginning of 2015, the apartment offers top-of the-range services: Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, fully fitted open plan kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, flat screen television, etc. Just come on in! A huge bright living space welcomes you with open plan kitchen, bar and cupboards and you will be seduced by the views of the roofs of the old Antibes, the cathedral, the Fort Carré and the mountains: on clear days, you can see the Italian coast. A comfortable spacious bright living room with flat screen television will give you the opportunity to relax yourself while watching a movie or while listening to your favourite music. Games and books are at your disposal for nice funny or cocooning nights. A bedroom with double glazing, large dressing room and comfortable extra-large 180x200 cm bed with 4 comfortable pillows, extra-large duvet and quality linen is at your disposal for sweet and relaxing nights. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and a walk-in shower. There is a set of 3 towels per person as well as beach towels. All rooms have reversible air-conditioning. The outside: a balcony that is sunny during the entire morning with beautiful views of the old Antibes, the sea and the port for dream breakfasts is also equipped with a gas barbecue. There is also a second West-exposed balcony with vegetation and loggia.

About Cécile Pavani

I arrived in Antibes when I was 14 years old with my parents and my little sister and my heart never really forgot Antibes. In 2013, I finally came back to settle here. I renovated this apartment to live in it and to welcome my 2 daughters, my family and my friends to spend nice holidays. I am Italian and I have been living in Paris for almost 30 years. I am an Italian teacher at the Lycée International de Sophia Antipolis and I love this profession that gives me the opportunity to share my passion for my native country. I love the sea and travelling more than everything (Cambodia, Thailand, America, Africa, Greece and of course Italy). I love to sing, to dance the rock and roll and to mix rock, pop and classical music. I am a great fan of the regional Jazz festivals, I also love reading and going to movies. I travel the town and its surroundings by bike and I also go to Cannes or Nice even if I have to take the train on the way back home.

Everybody loves this apartment, its views, its quietness and the constant brightness both in summer and winter thanks to its panoramic views. My friends and my family also love the large convivial kitchen that is equipped to prepare festive meals that you can cook with your loved ones and enjoy on the balconies or inside. You will also love to sit down in the living room for music, television or computer sessions but everybody says that it is an ideal nest for holidays in couple: with its romantic views that change all the time and the many discoveries that the town and the region offer, it is the ideal place to come in couple and recharge your batteries.

In this apartment in the heart of town, you will be close to all shops, the cinema, the theatres, the fishing harbours and marinas including the famous “quai des milliardaires”, the ramparts, the Picasso and Peynet museums and the very charming pedestrian streets of the old Antibes. The old town is at your disposal with its picturesque narrow streets by the ramparts and the charming area of Le Safranier. The Provencal market of the old Antibes is one of the most typical of the region and there you will find fresh products from the local producers every morning: fruits, vegetables, cheese, fish, local products, socca, honey, olives and tapenade. There are many restaurants for all tastes and all budgets with lovely pleasant terraces to take a break or relax, enjoy the local dishes and have an aperitif. You will be within a few minutes from the many beaches of Antibes. The charming beach of La Gavette is a few 500m away from the apartment and Antibes also has several private beaches with casual restaurants and comfortable beach sunloungers. I also recommend you the Royal Beach at the Jardins du Ponteil only 500 m away from the apartment. You will also have the opportunity to explore the huge sandy beaches of Juan-les-Pins and Cannes or the pebble beaches with crystal-clear water of Fort Carré in Nice. You will also be very close to Monaco and Italy and you can visit the coastline and the hinterlands to discover all the exceptional touristic sites: Cap d’Antibes, Lérins Islands, Théoule-sur-Mer and the Esterel until Saint-Tropez. Closer, the old village of Biot and its internationally renowned “Verrerie” (glass factory), Valbonne with its old town and its Place des Arcades, the old Cagnes, Mougins and the galleries of contemporary artists, Saint-Paul-de-Vence and the Maeght Foundation, etc. You are close to several sport activities: boat rental in Antibes, tennis, Olympic-sized pool, sailing club and port. There is Marineland and its internationally renowned attractions, the departmental parks of Vaugrenier and La Valmasque. The Golf de Biot is 10 minutes away and Cap d’Antibes is also to discover by car or on foot via the Chemin des Contrebandiers or also by boat. For climbing lovers, Baou de Saint-Jeannet is a must-see in the region. Beautiful apartment in ideal location in Antibes

My wife and I stayed at this apartment in a prime spot in Antibes for 6 nights. It is within walking distance from the train station and a 5-minute stroll from a lovely beach and the shops, cafes and restaurants of Old Antibes. Perfect spot.

The apartment itself is beautifully furnished in a classic, modern mediterranean style. Its a real home from home actually and is ideal for relaxing in. The 2 balconies were well used, especially the one that overlooks the citadel in the old town and has sea views across to Nice and the Mountains behind.

Inisde, the modern kitchen is equipped with everything you can need for a short or a long stay. The lounge is comfortable and the bedroom has a bright and airy feel with plenty of space. The bathroom is really great with. Large walkin shower and stylishly fitted out.

Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. It is a 5-star apartment but is very reasonably priced. Best of all, the owner Cecile cannot do enough to help and even left us with wine, eggs and other essentials for our arrival, a very welcome treat!

We plan to rent here again for a week or more once our new baby arrives. Strongly recommended.

Amazing time at this place!

Cecile is very welcoming host. We stayed at her apartments for 3 weeks and it was an amazing time. Apartmemts are located in a very convenient place with good infrastructure. Just in a few minutes you will find groceries, cafes, restaraunts, drug store, public and private beaches. There's also a fantastic view on a mountains, sea and harbour. Moreover, there's always fresh air and breeze since you have two balconies at the opposite sides of the house. Apartments are fully equiped, so you will have more then enough for your comfortable stay. We will be happy to rent them next time!

Fabulous apartment in Antibes

This apartment was perfect in every way. Cecile was a perfect host - met us at the designated time, even left us appetizers! She is wonderful! The apartment was perfectly located. We could walk to a grocery store on the practical side of things and to the harbor and beach for fun. The apartment is modern, light and airy, well equipped and a pleasure to spend time in. The building was very quiet and amazingly, the street was also extremely quiet starting at about 11 pm. We could sleep with the sliding doors open on this 4th floor apartment. A very safe area. There is even a garage as long as you have a small vehicle. I highly recommend this rental.

The Place to be! great view in Antibes

The apartment is much more beautiful as described and shown in the photos. We stayed here for two weeks in July and we highly recommend it. It is really easy to get to, in the center of Antibes with private parking. 3 minutes walking distance to the beach, the old town and bus station and 10 minutes to the train station. The apartment has a fabulous outlook onto old town, Port Vauban with its yachts, and lovely musée Picasso and with a little view of the Alps and Italy..... It is very quiet and relaxing. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything we needed for a great holiday. The kitchen area is gorgeous with all modern equipment: fridge, modern cooker&hob, microwave, coffee machine etc. Great quality kitchen. We stayed in a couple of evenings and everything we needed was there. There is a good sized living room, with space for a dining table, a sofa, a large flat-screen TV. There are a couple of English news channels. and an ipod hi-fi for music which was very useful. Both living areas, the kitchen and the main bedroom open up onto the 2 balconies. The apartment is very well designed. The bedroom is very confortable and great in hanging storage for clothes and beach towels for our stay.... Location-wise the apartment is perfect. The owner Cécile is really good to deal with, and we communicated very well with her before and after our stay. Excellent apartment for a stay in Antibes and we would certainly stay here when returning to Côte d'Azur! This place is definitively "The place to be in Antibes!"

Excellent for exploring Antibes, prime position!

Excellent apartment in prime position and great view with efficient and friendly owner.

Equipment is particularly good and we appreciated the very good bed, climatisation and ipad.

View and position were perfect. Access to stop for bus from airport at only 5mn was particularly helpful.

Cecile the owner was very helpful and available. We are already planning a return!
