About the property

Magnificent free view of the slopes and the Arves Peaks from the balcony.

The apartment was completely refurbished in 2013. It is a high-comfort duplex in a recent (2001) building, situated on the 4th floor and accessible by lift. On the ground floor: an equipped kitchen with an oven, a microwave, a 4-hob electric stove, an extractor, a large refrigerator with freezer, a Senseo coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a raclette and a fondue (please provide combustion paste) set. There is a large cupboard underneath the staircase (a cellar, a wardrobe, a place for storing ski shoes). The living/dining room has a large, wall-mounted flat-screen television (119 cm), and a small stereo. The living room also provides a pull-out double sofa bed (sleeps 2) with a fitted wardrobe. The south-southwest facing, 3 x 6-m balcony with garden furniture is accessible from the living room through bay windows. The bathroom provides a large shower, a washbasin and 2 drawers, a towel warmer and a suspended toilet. Hairdryers are available in all of the bathrooms. A high-comfort wooden staircase leads to the first floor. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine with bunk beds (90 x 190 cm), two identical bedrooms with a 140 x 190-cm bed and wall-mounted televisions of 81 and 102 cm, large fitted wardrobes, and a bathroom with identical features as the one downstairs. There is a 6-kg capacity washing machine (please bring your own liquid detergent). Each bed has duvets and pillows. Bed linen is provided at the reception and is included in the price, as are final cleaning and a tourist tax. There is a parking space in front of the apartment building. Other paying services: Daily bread service with delivery at the reception (ask about it at the reception desk upon arrival) - Wireless internet available - Bath towels

What makes this apartment unique

Easily accessible by car: take the motorway until Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne (15 km away from Le Corbier), or come by train and take a shuttle bus from Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne. There are lots of local products (cheese, cooked pork meats, and so on). The ski resort is family-oriented and offers lots of activities, such as an outdoor heated swimming pool and an ice rink. Large ski area with 310 km of marked runs (a large plan is displayed in the apartment)

Une vraie semaine au ski!

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement pendant les vacances scolaires. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs pour répondre à nos questions pratiques sur l'organisation de notre sejour. Sur place un concierge veille au bon déroulement du sejour. L'appartement est très bien équipé : télé, lave vaisselle, vaisselle, draps et lave linge. L'aménagement récent et la décoration donnent une ambiance confortable. La résidence est à 10 minutes à pieds du centre de la station. Nous n'avons pas utilisé notre voiture de tout le séjour. Nos enfants étant trop jeunes (7 et 4 ans débutant en ski) nous n'avons pas pu profiter du départ et du retour en ski directement mais cela est possible ( piste bleu) .La station est idéale pour un sejour 100% ski et est très bien adaptée aux enfants ( garderie, animation, Ecole de ski). Nous sommes conquis par cette station et cet appartement...nous reviendrons en 2018.

Nous avons séjourné dans une belle résidence avec balcon arrière et vue sur le mont Corbier.

L'appartement correspondait parfaitement à l'annonce. Nous avons eu droit une bouteille de bienvenue.

Nous recommandons cette adresse d'un appartement cosy et très montagne.

De plus, le contact est facile avec le propriétaires qui sont très serviables.

Le Corbier est une station idéale pour toute la famille, nous avons profité de toutes les commodités et du télésiège.

Nous avons gravi (en voiture...) les cols mythiques du Tour de France qui sont tous à proximité de Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne.

Si des amis, ou des proches veulent séjourner au Corbier, nous leur recommanderons cette adresse.

Les Pistes apartment building is situated 150 m away from the Sybelles Express chair lift, which is accessible gliding down a small and easy downhill. Skiing back, you can reach the apartment gliding up until the building’s front door. For pedestrians, a free shuttle bus is available at the foot of the building. This shuttle service is also available to skiers.
