Living room 51 m2 with long table. 5 bedrooms (3 upstairs with removable air conditioning) .2 WCs, 2 bathrooms. 9 beds (4 doubles) and 2 BZcanapés; mezzanine playroom for children from 3 to 12 years old. 8x4 m heated pool + dome (you can swim below if cold outside), (sauna and jacuzzi optional, chargeable but not compulsory) 28 degrees minimum from Apr to Sept. Wifi, 16 bikes, table tennis, billiards, table football, swing. Europapark: 55 mns. Strasbourg: 85 kms.
The house is equipped as if you were at home. Kitchen equipment, 4 televisions, DVD player, CD player, WII, washing machine, dishwasher, swimming pool ... For fun: ping pong table, 2 billiards (large and junior), 2 table football (idem billiards), badmington net, 16 bikes. Lots of children's games in the mezzanine. When parents want to be quiet, children have to be busy ... And there is something to do ...

Something for everyone.

The property is huge and better than the photographs suggest. It's ideal for an extended family holiday. Bikes and helmets are provided. There's table tennis, table football, lots of board games, gym equipment, decent size pool, huge garden and great out doors eating/bbq/patio area. Outside play equipment. No shortage of Tv's, nice comfy seats, lots of chairs and large spaces indoors. You could have a quiet time to read or go on the internet or watch TV while the rest of the family can play various games/sports indoors or out. The road is very quiet and within a couple of hundred yards there are beautiful walks or bike rides into the forest along a canal constructed by Vauban. We saw deer, fox and trout. The village is quiet and non touristic, good local baker. 15 minutes to Colmar, 10 minutes to Neufbreisach and 15 minutes to Breisach in Germany. The route des vins is easily accessed from this property. Laurent the owner is helpful and friendly and sorts out any issues you might have. We had a great time there and I think it would be perfect for a 3 generation family stay. Wonderful.....what more can I say 👍👌

Maison de famille très agréable

La maison est bien équipé, certes dans son jus mais cela lui donne le charme des maisons de famille. Nous avons avons passé un très bon séjour

Maison spacieuse super bien équipée

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour avec notre groupe d’amis. La piste de pétanque, la piscine, le billard et le grill ont été très appréciés. De plus, la maison est bien située pour aller à Europapark et Colmar. Et surtout un accueil des plus agréables. Merci
