Very cute apartment with two bedrooms and terrace, near beaches and coves

The location of the apartment enjoys being one of the quietest of this area of ​​Mallorca. It is a mere 2 km from the bustle of a major reference Mallorca beaches, El Arenal, but it becomes a haven of peace and relaxation haven if you want to escape the bustle.

The apartment is located in a neighborhood of small houses surrounded by nature in a quiet family atmosphere.

About Laura

I bought this property in 2002, it was my first property and is for this reason that I have a great affection, in it I spent my younger years and I was slowly reforming it for convenience. Thus, this designed both its distribution as decoration for us, my family, a lot of love so that those who want to spend a season on vacation in it have all important and essential to make the most of their experience on the island of Mallorca. Our aim is that you enjoy so much of our stay as we ourselves have done.

I chose this property for your area. Is located in an area very quiet, but very accessible to everything what you want to do at a particular time, whether to go to the beach, quiet, family, or romantic coves, practice water sports, etc. Also, I conquered me for being a very green and natural area with large tracts of forest of pine for those long walks walking or bicycling.

What makes this apartment unique

What I like about my house is that it is a haven of peace located in an island that never sleeps as Mallorca.

Very nice and relaxing stay in a nice apartment!

We enjoyed our stay on the island very much.

The stay at Lauras apartment was nice for my family. She and her husband were very helpful.

Even though my booking was last-minute the booking was solved without any problems.

Everything we needed was present in the apartment. Supermarkets were close by to shop ingredients for cooking.

We will be glad to come again!

Schöne Wohnung mit super Aussicht!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem kleinen Ort. Außer einer Apotheke ist in diesem Ort nichts. Wenn man einen Mietwagen hat, ist das auch nicht weiter schlimm. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Block mit mehreren Wohnungen, die teilweise privat Vermietet werden. Der Vermieter war pünktlich an der Ferienwohnung, sodass wir nicht lange warten musste. Leider konnte er Englisch, aber mit Händen und Füßen konnte man sich trotzdem verständigen. Er hat uns die Ferienwohnung gezeigt und hat anschließend mit uns einen spanischen Vertrag ausgefüllt (was schwierig ist, wenn man kein spanisch kann). Die Wohnung ist eine kleine schöne Wohnung mit Ausblick vom Balkon auf Palma! Es ist alles da was man braucht. Selbst eine Waschmaschine. Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe ist, dass das Geschirr vom Vermieter nicht kontrolliert wurde ob es vom Vorgänger gereinigt wurde. Dies war bei uns leider der Fall. Als wir die an sich schon stark beschädigte Pfanne (Henkel ist fast abgebrochen) benutzen wollten, haben wir noch das komplette Fett der Vormieter in der Pfanne vorgefunden. Die Schubladen und das Besteck waren leider auch nicht sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer ist klein aber fein. Leider gibt es keinerlei Möglichkeiten um die nassen Badehandtücher aufzuhängen. Auch hier haben wir noch die benutzten Zahnputzbecher der Vormieter vorgefunden. Kurz gesagt: Für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist es eine schöne Wohnung in der man seinen Urlaub verbringen kann.
