What makes this House unique
Enjoy the awe inspiring sunsets every night. Relax during the day on your dock. Explore the neighborhood on the golf cart. See the stars at night on the back deck. Sit on the swing under a cool stand of pine trees and feel your worries disappear. Do you like seafood? Being here is the perfect place for a seafood boil or peel and eat shrimp. Plan on bringing some Old Bay and shrimp. The dock just calls for shrimp to be eaten on it. Please remember the closest grocery store is 20 minutes away. On your way to the house is a Super Wal Mart in Elizabeth City which is a good stop to buy supplies. We do have spices, butter, olive oil, etc for your cooking needs. We will have info at the house for you about local restaurants, shopping and sightseeing.

This property lives up to the description "peaceful." We enjoyed our stay here, and the house had everything we needed.
Loved this house!!!
My family loved this house!! Beautiful view, beautiful home so relaxing and quiet. Was a perfect getaway and we didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be staying here again!!
This home is such a nice getaway from the busy hustle and bustle. My friends and I had an amazing time and loved exploring the downtown areas nearby. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Glenn, for such an awesome place.
Beautiful, comfortable property, they clearly make an effort to anticipate what you might need. Well done.
Relaxation and fun in a beautiful setting!
This beautiful spot overlooking the Albemarle sound was incredibly peaceful, quiet and private. The sunset views were amazing! We loved the extra touches; the kitchen is well stocked with every need anticipated and there are even complementary snacks on the counter and meals in the freezer that you can purchase for a nominal price. The garage holds the key to lots of fun activities including fishing, corn hole and croquet, which we enjoyed! The air cleaner in the spacious master bedroom was appreciated, and it was really convenient having the washer and dryer in one of the three master bedroom closets. We loved the feel of the house; all the little extra touches encouraged an immediate mood of fun and relaxation! It was nicely decorated and the paneled ceilings were an unusual and warm touch. The house is at the end of quiet street; we took many walks and did not encounter a single car. The owner was amazingly hospitable and accommodating and provided lots of helpful information about the area.
The property is beautiful.. if I had the money I would have bought it..
Weather was pretty bad so didn’t get to enjoy the water much.. could only enjoy it from the sunroom.. there was one really sunny morning so we sat on the front porch and rocked for hours listening to the water and the birds chirp.. what a wonderful relaxing week.. highly recommended renting this place
Ride into Elizabeth City and go back in time 25 years. Ride into Hertford and go back in time 50 years. Get a hand scooped ice cream cone at the local pharmacy. Go into Edenton and go back in time 75 years. Definitely has a Mayberry feel to it!
