The Boileau Street is an historical street surrounded by embassies, private mansion houses (one of them has a historical wisteria), gardens. You will have a chance to discover the sweet life of this district. Every morning of the week you can find an outdoor market nearby : Murat boulevard on tuesday and on friday, Auteuil Avenue on wednesday and on saturday, Versailles Avenue on thursday and on sunday. Convenient stores and supermarkets are also nearby. By walk in less than ten minutes you will reach Roland Garros, the Longchamp racecourse or the Seine River. Many people think it is far from everything, but you will quickly realize how easy it is to reach the city center with public transports.
The closest metro stations is Michel-Ange Molitor (line 9 and 10). Trocadero is 10minutes away with the metro, The Lafayette Galeries or St Germain are 20minutes away. The RER C will lead you to St Michel even faster. There are also several buses very convenient and close to the apartment : The bus n° 22 will lead you to the Arc de Triomphe, Trocadéro, the Galeries Lafayette and Opera, the n°62 will go to the Bibliothèque Mitterand and the n°72, very touristic will be perfect to discover all the monuments along the Seine River !
Located on the 2nd floor of a very safe building equipped with a lift. The access is secured by a door code an intercom and another code in the lift. The apartment has windows overlooking the street and windows overlooking a courtyard planted with trees on the back side of the building. It is very bright and you will have light all day, wether it is in the bedroom in the morning or in the living-room in the afternoon !

This lovely 90sqm apartment has two bedrooms and can sleep up to six guests.
The entrance gives on a corridor that leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms side facing east and to the living-room and kitchen facing west.
The main room is lovely and comfortable. It is spacious, divided in two areas. The living-room area with a sofabed (two people, 140x190) and several armchairs, and the dining-room area with a dining table for six people. This room will be flooded with light on the afternoon, you will be delighted !
Large sliding French windows open on a 10sqm balcony where you can sit to have breakfast or to enjoy a good book at the end of the day.
The fitted kitchen is accessible from the dinig-room.
The other side of the apartment features the 'night' area. The master bedroom has a queen size bed (160x200), a desk and a wardrobe. The French windows give on a lovely courtyard planted with trees, very quiet.
The first bathroom is right next to this bedroom. It features a bathtub, toilets and two washbasins.
The second bedroom is next to the master bedroom and gives on the entrance hall. It features a hideaway bed with two single beds (80x190). They can form a double bed if needed (160x190).Note that one of these two mattresses is a little bit thicker than the other so it will not be like a proper double bed. You can also sit at the desk to work in a peaceful environment and use the wardrobe. The large French windows open on a balcony also overlooking the courtyard.
This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.
Other toilets are accessible from the entrance hall.
