The 3 room flat of 53 m2 brand new, located on the 2nd floor with elevator, can comfortably accommodate 4 people.

Very bright, it is completely covered with parquet larch and equipped with great care to make you feel even better than at home: large flat screen satellite TV with home cinema in the living room, large flat screen TV in the great room , wifi, kitchen-equipped, large walk in shower, bedding upscale hotels, private underground parking, private ski locker (see details below)

5. A fully modular apartment to suit your needs

In each of the 2 bedrooms, 2 sleeping configurations are possible: large king-size bed (180 * 200 cm) or 2 single beds (90 * 200 cm).

6. The comfort of an all-inclusive Service

As to the hotel but with the comfort and space as well!

Our apartment is managed by an agency that does everything to make you enjoy your stay at 100%: household linen (sheets, towels ...) with beds made on arrival, cleaning at departure, and Support throughout the stay in case of problems.

Everything is already included in our rental rates.

In addition, you can benefit from a whole catalog of services provided by the agency option such as booking ski passes, airport transfers, breakfast delivery, buy groceries before arrival, etc.

Description of the apartment, piece by piece:

The wide entrance is fitted with a mirror, a coat rack and a large closet.

The living room is open and spacious and has a WIFI system and a home theater TV with satellite channels (French + foreign). It is equipped with a large sofa corner. The dining room table can accommodate 4 people very comfortably and have all the necessary equipment for good convivial dinners (raclette, fondue, etc.). A French door opens onto a balcony with a view of the mountains of Brevent and the pedestrian street 30 meters. Another window can offer lots of sunshine throughout the stay.

The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with the maximum of appliances: large refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob with extractor fan, dishwasher and many small electrical appliances appliances for you bring a more pleasant comfort (coffee maker, toaster, blender, raclette, fondue set, etc.). It is completed with a comprehensive quality dinnerware (wine glasses, cocktail glasses, champagne glasses, ...)

The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed "king-size" (180 x 200 cm) can be converted into 2 large single beds (90 * 200 cm), large flat screen TV, a very large closet and a window with a view of the mountains of Brevent and the pedestrian street 30 meters. It can also easily accommodate a cot if required.

The small room is modular and can be prepared either 2 large single beds (90 * 200 cm) or a king bed "king-size" (180 x 200 cm). It is also fitted with a large closet and a window opening onto the same view.

The bathroom features a large walk-in shower with massage jets, a large sink with a large mirror, a toilet, a heated towel rail and electric hairdryer. It also has a large window providing plenty of light.

Clean, warm, bright, perfect location in Chamonix

A Wonderful Apartment in an Outstanding Location

Chamonix is just a top destination for me. I love everything about it whether snowboarding in the winter or cycling in the summer. This apartment was a real find as well. Sensibly priced and very well equipped, and furnished to a very high standard. It felt like home. And literally one small block back from the main street and the heart of the town, but so quiet in its location. Underground parking was simple and easy. I have stayed in all manner of accommodations over the last 20 years in the mountains all over Europe. Chamonix remains number 1, and the apartment certainly compliments it. We were greeted at the entrance to the parking as we had supplied an ETA and updated as we were stuck in traffic en-route due to more snow. We arrived before 8pm so no surcharge for late arrival, which is the only problem if you're stuck on the road or at the airport and it's not your fault! All in all, an excellent apartment and I would absolutely recommend it.

appartement au top

L'appartement est conforme à la description. spacieux, et lumineux. Tout en étant situé en centre ville, c'est au calme, car la rue est piétonnière. La résidence possède un garage. les emplacements sont fonctionnels. on a pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture pour aller vers les différentes remontées : la gare pour le train de montenvers et pour le téléphérique de l'aiguille du midi, c'est appréciable, on évite de débourser pour le stationnement. Le stationnement en centre ville est beaucoup restreint, suite aux aménagements des rues piétonnières. La personne qui a la charge de nous accueillir est sympathique et renseigne super bien. Aucune hésitation pour le relouer lors d'un prochain séjour.

Appartement splendide

La description correspond bien à la réalité ! logement très agréable. Tout y est pour se sentir bien. Le parking en sous-sol permet de se garer, ce qui est également très appréciable. Propriétaire disponible qui répond à nos besoins.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cet appartement aménagé avec goût. La configuration est parfaite, avec une chambre parentale et une chambre pour les enfants.

Située en plein centre des commerces de Chamonix , la résidence est parfaitement au calme.

Pas de doute quand nous retournerons à Chamonix nous essaierons de relouer cet appartement sans aucune hésitation.
