Wonderful authentic Valais house, completely renovated in 2014

Spacious 3 1/2 pcs in building completely renovated in 2014 with fitted kitchen with dishwasher, large living room with TV 100 channels and Wifi - a parents' bedroom with large double bed 160/200 cm - small room with two trundle beds 90 / 200. Bathroom with shower, glass box, washing machine and dryer, a terrace at the entrance. 1 parking place outside the building. Located 5 minutes of public transport and the ski lifts in winter and summer sports. Very well connected to Visp, Lausanne, Montreux, Bern, Zermatt etc ... In the center of the resort.

Perfect location to explore the Valais region

The property was perfect for our recent holiday, situated in a lovely village 15 mins above the main Rhone valley. The views from the apartment were excellent, with snow capped peaks visible from the windows. The village had plenty of local walks, but was well located to visit some of the main attractions such as Zermatt/Matterhorn and the Aletsch glacier area.

The property itself is situated in a very quite lane, with close proximity to a local store and restaurants. The property is modern and minimalist in fittings, but retains the charm of the ski chalet. The small balcony is a sun trap for evening relaxation.

Appartement bien équipé, dans un petit village, avec vue magnifique

Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréable en aout 2016 avec nos 2 enfants. L'appartement était propre, très bien équipé et confortable. Le village est petit mais plein de charme et dispose des commodités nécessaires, la vue y est magnifique. Très bon lieu pour visiter le Valais (Zermatt, Aletsch, Sion, etc). Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de cette location.

Premium apartment in authentic, little alpine village Unterbaech.

Unique panoramic view.

Modern, naturally-oriented, classy design, spread a feeling of cosiness.

Equipment in apartment is very well and new!

Five minutes walking to ski lift.

Responsiveness on little questions of us, of the owner of the apartment is very good.

With two adults and three little children we have had a great time.

sehr schön und toller Ausblick

sehr schöne, mit viel Scharm im 2015 renovierte Wohnung im mittleren Geschoss mit tollem Blick aus den vielen kleinen Fenstern in 3 Himmelsrichtungen! Hochwertige Einrichtung, sauber und gepflegt, Küchenutensilien teilweise etwas knapp bestückt (Besteck, Pfannen...). Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in der näheren Umgebung, da immer Fahrt ins Tal per Auto oder mit Luftseilbahn eingerechnet werden muss. Für weitere Ausflüge sollte viel Zeit für Anfahrt geplant werden, ist aber gut machbar. Unterbäch ist auf einer schönen sonnigen Hochebene und Haus liegt sehr zentral im Dorf und doch sehr ruhig, nahe den Bahnen (Luftseilbahn und Sessellift) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Volg, Bäckerei), Parkplatz am Haus. Wegen dem Altbau etwas ringhörig, störte uns aber nicht, da andere Wohnungen nur zeitweise oder gar nicht besetzt waren während unseres Aufenthaltes.

Angenehmer Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, kann jeder Zeit kontaktiert werden bei Bedarf.
